Against my better judgement, I decided to reorder the item for my friend, but this time to my address to ensure it wouldn't be stolen. I ordered it in late November. After 2 weeks without receiving any shipping information, I called and left a voicemail. The next day, I texted their number. I texted again. I tried to send an email, which bounced back saying the address does not exist. I've lost all hope for receiving either package and hearing back from this business.
