A man named Joseph owns and runs the business his way of doing business is a bit different from most he takes your number off of internet sites of people looking for a handyman then he calls . He will tell you to send a photo then he will come out and look at the repair and fix it the same day. Well he set me up for a date to do this about two weeks away. So i said ok but i felt not at ease cause he doesnt come out to give a estimate he does it thru email. The estimate was for 1250.00 . Then he made it out on the date we set up my home is a 2006 modular home so its a bit different build than a standard block home. Anyhow this is what happened to me and i feel about it,,,he is a nice guy or seems to be but when he got here to do this repair he didnt do anything but say he didnt know where to get the materials to fix it so i told him as i could tell nothing was going to get repaired on that day,,,,i told him ill try to find the materials which should be his job but i know hes busy so i got to looking for the material... i found the materials at Lowes and it wasnt hard AT ALL. so i purchased the materials . Then i called Joseph oh yea by the way he said if i can find the materials he will get started right away. Joseph said he started on another job but he would try to make it over before the weekend well he didnt show. So i called him he has never called me except the first time to get the repair job,,,anyhow i called he said hed be here Saturday well no call and no show. This is where i had enough and called his cell and told him ill do the job myself. I would like to say also this is only a probably a 3 to 5 hour job and at 1250.00 well you do the math. And i know your trying to get ahead Joseph but in my opinion your going the wrong way and please dont call and ask me to remove my review as i wont do it...Thanks read more
