Nothing more than a stall plan. They will give you every excuse in the book when you catch them and call them out on it. They absolutely don't like to get caught in what they are doing. Gonna do some research, potentially could be a class action here. And don't ask for a supervisor, that's another story on it's own. They are ABSOLUTELY NOT "for the people."
