I found Service Knight online and was convinced based on their reviews. It wasn't until I visited their website that I learned just how easily I could select the cleaning plan I needed as well as schedule my own appointment. During the day of my cleaning, well within my 2-hour time slot, I received a text message that let me know my technician was enroute. After going over my problem areas with a pre-treatment, my carpets were cleaned to perfection leaving behind a nicely clean and neutral smell. I'm so thrilled with their service and results. I highly recommend Service Knight to anyone who is in need of a thorough carpet cleaning!

We called these people because they are the only ones who do warranty repairs for LG refrigerators…read more When they came, they said it was the fan but they would have to order it because they don't keep them in stock. 2 weeks went by and we called and were told it would be "any day." A few more days go by and I call again and the woman who answered put me on hold, came back and said she was going to call the distributor to track down the part. That SAME AFTERNOON a different woman calls and says they have the part ( Lie#1) but wouldn't be able to install it until the following Monday (this was Thursday). No problem... until my husband calls to confirm that they are coming on Monday. Nope, because they only come to Vicksburg on Fridays. Lie# 2. They do come Friday, but 2 hours later, the fridge is not working again. We call them the same day and are told they will not be able to come out again for another 10 days...another Monday. I call on that Thursday to confirm (had to leave a message) and got no call back until Monday morning, where I was told, yes, they will be here. My husband took the day off, waited ALL DAY and no one showed up. He called the office, was hung up on. He called back and was told the repair person had scratched us off the list because he he said it had already been fixed. Lie# 3. We are then told it will be another 10 days to send someone out. What kind of this business are these people running? Disorganized doesn't even touch it. These are people who don't care about their customers. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!
