I trusted Morgan and Morgan and got screwed over. What a loser to completely go against the grain of everything you started your company for in the first place and get people locked under contract for no reason. You need to fire Jamie Karek and Karen Trefzger. Both of these attorneys signed contracts and had teams of people saying yes to my case then backed out after they wasted my time. I needed honest representation, and you have so many advertisements out there saying you help people this n that...you have fked me over twice in one week by having two attorneys LIE to me and waste my time completely. Told me you would take my case and had me start going to the doctor and all kinds of stuff. Only to be told you would not be taking it after further investigation and wasted my time completely! Didn't even give me a damned reason for why when the case is a massive 18 wheeler case and I was injured as a passenger Your attorney JAMIE KAREK stands for NOTHING to which you started your company for...0 morals left..only $$$, good luck with that Mr. Morgan Then I still have not gotten my letters of disengagement and my complete file emailed to me which I demanded and requested in writing. I have not gotten one single reason as to why my case was dropped and neither attorney called me back. Darcy Olgadez is the only one I spoke to and she barely gets a 2/ 5 for customer service only because she did answer 2 out of 5 calls..her customer service sucks too. Monika Garcia is good and Monica Lopez is good, and Aaron from Vegas. They are all good people lower on the totem pole. You know what sad? i'm the easiest person in the world to deal with and I don't gripe about too much , but whenever you waste my time , it gets my blood boiling. Start being honest with people from the jump, are you going to start having people suing you over stuff like this because there has to be a lawful reason for you to exit the case once to accept it and start. In the real world, there are penalties for wasting people's time and having people share their story and information with you. And putting trust in you, and then you just taking a dump on it. You know , you ought to get in trouble for false advertising. When somebody gets hurt and they need help and you say you can do this and that , and your attorneys can do this and that and they don't , it should be illegal. They signed and told me YES. I was a cop for 6 years in Baton Rouge and dealt with attorneys all the time. Never been fked over like this. I see you on Hard Knocks University and loved your story. It is a dang shame you've become so industrialized that the attorneys that work for you stand for NOTHING and won't give someone a reason for exiting after hurrying up and signing a yes and no valid reason for exiting a case. Complete BS and should be illegal, and probably is but I don't have time to fight about it. Just know you lost potential clients, trust, loyalty, and most of all disappointment in you for this BS. It is absolutely ridiculous. I had HIGH HOPES for you. read more

New "I had a really bad experience with Morgan and Morgan after my car accident. I was hurt pretty badly and couldn't work or drive. They told me they'd get me a good settlement, but the amount they got me was really low. They barely answered my calls, I only ever talked to the secretary, and they still have money of mine that I never received. Honestly, the whole thing gave me a lot of anxiety, and I wish I could talk to someone else about my case. It feels like they lied about how much they could get me - they said it would be a large settlement, but they lowballed me really badly. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone read more

These people will absolutely take you for a RIDE. Know your stuff if you are going to use them. Especially in a SSDI case. They will 100% slow walk it knowing the longer they drag it out, the more money they get. Prime example, you have 60 days to file an appeal. They will wait 7 of the 8 weeks before they file it. Nothing more than a stall plan. They will give you every excuse in the book when you catch them and call them out on it. They absolutely don't like to get caught in what they are doing. Gonna do some research, potentially could be a class action here. And don't ask for a supervisor, that's another story on it's own. They are ABSOLUTELY NOT "for the people." read more

i do not recommend them. I was awarded a settlement in September on behalf of a deceased parent. They received their portion meanwhile mine is just sitting out there. I'm still waiting for them the run the notice to creditors so I can receive my money. they've got their part and now nothing is being done and all I get are excuses. read more

The lawyer assigned to me just won't listen to me, I want to sue my employer for being in violation of safety regulations which is the cause of my slip and fall which in turn is the cause of my current injury, but the so called lawyer heading my case is continually talking about workers compensation, leading the conversation instead of actually listening to me the client. I'm so disappointed and more than dissatisfied, I thought that this law firm was for the people but I see that that's just absolutely not true. read more

I rated this company do to the fact they had me thinking that I had a case. The case manager did her jow well however, not sure what went down hill after that. Out the blue only 4 months into the case my attorney drop me out of the blue. I was heart broken after this incident. Really no explanation or anything. I was just recovering from an accident and needed that therapy. Had to stop cold turkey. read more

I've had a case with Morgan and Morgan for approximately three years now, the reason for me hiring this team was because of the heart felt story they give you at the beginning of there page. Everything I was living daily he had been through it and because of this he would make certain that his clients would not face the same hurts. Well let me tell you all for a fact, that's bull shit. I never hear from them and have been left hurting , without treatment, starving from lack of food, I be may of well say begged for them to help me get treatment or at least show me what to do. It never happens. If you listen to one thing in your life hear this go get yourself a law firm who is not so big that they forget about the little man. These people do not care about you at all. Yesterday, July, 12 I walked into the Jackson MS office attempting to become a client. I was help by a Ms. Terry Casnel in that office. She explained to me that I need to do my intake over the phone took me into a conference where we placed a call the lady on the other end said that the wait would be long so she took my name and number and said that someone would call me back at 5pm. No one called me by 6p and so I called them and was on hold for over2 hours. I hung up and called back the person on the other end said that there was only one person doing intake at the time. So today, July 13 I get a call at about 10:30 am saying that they could do my intake, at that time I could not as I was at a doctor's appointment asked if they could call back they said yes and asked what time I was about 12 and here it is almost 2pm and still no return phone call. read more

I felt pressured to take a settlement that I thought was far below what I was due, so I terminated my agreement. But shortly thereafter I received a letter from them informing that they had placed a lien with the insurance company on any settlement I might make. The remarkable thing about this is their lien is twice as much as the amount the attorney tried to get me to settle for. Almost twice as MUCH!!! WOW!!! Don't get fooled by clever advertisement!!! Do your homework!!! You've been warned!!!

Where do I start? Wow, my experience with the wonderful group of people at Morgan and Morgan in Jackson, MS was wonderful. Amy Paige in particular was awesome! Throughout the entire duration of my case she was there every step of the way. We all know that legal situations can sometimes be a lengthy process. Well, Amy never discouraged me from calling and asking questions about my case. She always kept a positive attitude and worked very diligently, in my opinion, on my case. She was always professional and courteous no matter the time of day I called her. She always made me feel like she had my best interest in mind. Morgan & Morgan handled my case for almost three years, and thus I went through numerous case managers. My last one, Ms. Kathy Magee, was by far the best as she was efficient and honest. Ms. Magee handled my case thoroughly and consistently updated me on the status of the lawsuit, something that the previous case managers failed to do. I can admit that at some points during the lawsuit, I was highly disappointed with Morgan & Morgan as a result of seemingly indifferent and confused case managers, but Ms. Magee completely changed that. If you are having problems with VA disability claims, Morgan & Morgan is the firm to call. They take care of everything. I went from 20% to 100% in about 8 months, then they got my award date backed up to my date of discharge which got me 5 1/2 years back pay. With out Attorney Robin Hood, I would still be fighting a loosing battle. Thank you Morgan & Morgan and Attorney Robin Hood! read more

My My father and brother were trying to defraud me of my share of my mom's inheritance since i live Overseas and I am not a USA citizen . Mr. Baldrige has done a fantastic job so far, and he has done everything i have asked him to do so far . He is a terrific attorney. He is not cheap. I was not looking for a cheap attorney, I was looking for an excellent attroney and Mr. Baldrige , in my humble opinion is most likely the best attorney not only in Madison county, Mississippi but one of the findest attornies you will find in southern USA. i had contacted over 30 attornies and i said no to many of them who wanted to become my attorney. I could not have asked for a better attorney to represent me in my mom's probate case in Madison Mississippi. Mr. Baldrige is very polite, he returns emails as fast as he can and is very experienced attorney. If you have a criminal case, family/probate case in Madison county or in the state of Mississippi, you will be making a mistake if you do not hire Mr. Baldrige. Do not try to nickle and dime him, great attornies cost more money than average and below average attornies that will disappoint you. He can not win every criminal case or come through each time in regards to a family/probate case but if you hire him, He will give you the best chance of winning your case because he is such an outastanding attorney. If you look all over the internet, you will find 1 GREAT review after great review of Mr. Baldrige with very satisfied clients. Do not hestite in hiring him , he is simply the best attorney in Mississippi. My mom's court case is pretty much closed now and Madison country probate court ( chancery ) has issued a final court order and the only remaning item is , my mom's condo needs to be sold and the money shared between family members.
