My father's irrevocable will, pour over, and trusts were set up by this firm in 2011. As executor I…read morereceived very little explanation, counseling, or guidance. My questions since 2020 when my father passed have yet to have been answered after numerous visits in their office. The will was designed to bypass probate, the assets were to be retained, and the trusts funded. Not one bit of what my father's last wishes has been respected or granted. I feel my Family has been defrauded by this firm, several other attorneys, an accountant and the judge are all involved directly or indirectly. Our company agent, a local lawyer, also breached his obligation. Is any professional in this town honest? I have yet to have found one. The lawyers at this firm do NOT litigate. When I wrote them the check this was not disclosed to me. Due to the corruption surrounding another attorney that literally stole millions from us we needed protection with our assets and needed a lawyer to litigate to recoup the millions lost from his company, which was acquired by a corporate entity. There is something eerily not right when the founding lawyer of this firm tells you "Congress has changed things". It is apparent to me this law firm as well as many others involved in this community have destroyed everything my family worked hard for. Something is not right. Many are involved and many should be in jail. Buyer beware.
