The new shop is beautifully full of natural light and wonderful service-oriented people. The flavors are plentiful and the combinations are endless. You must try the Affogatto, a new concoction that is so rich and creamy, perfect on a warm summers day or in front of a winter fire. They have an exciting "Sundae School" where they offer an informative class to school students on how they make their boutique ice creams and sorbet. read more

For many years Timboon Fine Ice Cream has been offering its yummy ice cream out of food trucks at festivals and events. In January 2017 their first shop opened in the township of Timboon.

Frustrated with low milk prices and an inability to budget year to year Tim and his wife Caroline looked at value adding to their milk from family farm in 1997.
