One thing to stood out to me is how quickly they were able to get the jobs done. Jeremy, the owner, is very good at coordinating the various workers so there was very little waiting time during the project. He moves the project along quickly and does very good work. Another thing to stood out to me is the quality of his drywall work. My basement has a rather peculiar texture pattern, but his guy was able to perfectly match the pattern, and his seams and taping were so clean that there's no way to tell there was ever any work done. The shower he remodeled for me turned out very well. He was even able to relocate an exhaust fan, expand the size of the shower, and the quality of the tile & grout-work came out very well. Next year I plan to use Amason All Around again to remodel my two downstairs bathrooms.

We were able to add color chips to one of the standard samples they have on hand to give it a more customized feel. Devon came out right away to provide the quote and he was very informative and easy to talk with. The office manager, Beth, was very helpful in scheduling the service and providing a sample of our customized colors before committing to the work. And Morgan and Micah did an outstanding job applying the coating. The whole process took about a day and a half. A couple of additional aspects that truly made them the right company to coat our garage floor...they covered the stem walls at no extra cost, they actually provided a trailer that we could store our things in while they were doing the work, at no extra cost, and they are a small, local, family operated business that basically provides a lifetime warranty on their products and workmanship. What a fantastic experience of picking out product from an extensive inventory and then Chuck coming to the house the very next day to measure and prepare a bid. Great customer service. Once purchased Chuck scheduled our installation a week later. Torry and Joe showed up early on 10/22 and began the installation. Both seasoned installers with years of experience and knocked out the entire project in 1 day. The finished is beautiful and my brother could not be happier with the quality of the finished work. Finally, the devil is in the details. Torry and Joe replaced all the furniture and did an immaculate job of clean up of old carpet, and sawdust from the flooring cuts. Well done! When I received the contract I signed it and set a installation date. I was shocked when the job was done and it was a smooth wall, looking very Institutionalized. When I reviewed the contract it did in fact say smooth. Yes, my bad for assuming our agreed discussion was the final product. The installer was polite but lacked any attention to detail and efficiency. I had to point out areas that he forgot to caulk, left the basement wide open, used the bathroom and all the toilet paper and then didn't flush! He didn't clean up and left dust and dirt everywhere. The position of the hardware is way to high and defiantly not even close to the older fixtures. I had to call to set up an appointment for Bathfitters to re-caulk an area, specifically asked not to have the same installer as I didn't want to have a disgruntled employee that I complained about coming back in my home. And of course that's exactly what they did, by sending him back. There are too many documented dates of when I've tried to reach out to them over the months. Their follow up is horrible. Just be aware that you will be leaving dozens of emails and calls. They apologize for the miscommunication and said that they would replace the wall with the textile that we agreed upon for an extra $1k. I'm pretty dissatisfied but I did sign the contract regardless of what we agreed upon when getting the quote. Get your pocket books out it's going to be expensive.
