I asked them to look at it and the guy said well we did just cut down a tree right over your house and went and saw it. I had already cleaned off all the other branches that were on the roof. He said it was not them and said he did not see anything fall on the roof. Even as there was a branch sticking out of my roof. I cleaned off a bunch of branches so obviously he was not watching that well cuz alot of stuff fell on the roof. I fixed the problem myself and have continued using them because of their competence and price. They should have replaced the shingle and even the hole in the plywood. It was the younger generation though and not the boss. I did not pursue the issue.

This season has been a bad experience with this company. Lots of issues with grubs, sod worms,…read moreground ivy and dallisgrass that we are left to figure out on our own after prepaying for the season for 2 years now. They sprayed for grubs 2 weeks ago and we still have an issue. When I asked them what do they suggest I do next, they responded we have done all we can do and blocked me on their Facebook page. It's unprofessional and bizarre to me that a lawn service has no suggestions on how to get rid of grubs when they sprayed and it was not effective. I would not recommend this company at all. We are left with grubs, so much lawn damage and have to repair it all. Their lawn tech, Mark, actually said I didn't have grubs. I was astonished. I sent pics of my lawn and the grubs. It truly has been a nightmare.

3/14/2021 My review…read moreabout this Landscaping company is in regards to Firewood. I recently called this business to a request a face cord delivery of firewood back in November 2020. They delivered on-time a face cord of seasoned firewood on 11/20/2020 for a price of $200.00. The driver was friendly and polite and I was told they accept check or cash for payment, therefore I paid in cash for the load. I felt that the price was high yet I was told on the phone that the distance of 12 miles was added in extra for a delivery charge. SMH This business is located in Armada, Michigan off of 32 Mile Rd. which in calculation to my home off of 22 Mile Rd. equaled a total of 10 miles from business yard to my driveway. The firewood load had many large stump pieces that needed to be split and cut in order to fit inside the insert of my fireplace. Oh Well, seeing was believing plus I assumed that all companies split the wood on the thinner side. After All I've been buying firewood since 1992. The wood burned great and lasted till Feburary 1, 2021. Price too high! Their Location & Hours: 18575 32 Mile Rd., Armada, Michigan Phone#: (586) 784-9119 Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday Closed Sunday Closed They also offer Lawn & Landscaping Design, Construction & Maintenance, Lawn & Garden Maintenance as well as Snow Plowing. Quick and easy and then I was directed around the side to be loaded up. In and out in five minutes. The thing that got me besides the great customer service was also the extent of their inventory. They have quantities for the DIYers or the home gardeners as well as huge piles of gravel, sand and such for commercial use. They have the ability to service anyone needs and are quick to do so. Thank you so much

So disappointed in this business. We originally used them for many different projects and jobs. And…read morethey were awesome. They helped us with so many different projects and felt like we had built a great rapport with Camille and his crew. So whenever anyone needed recommendations for home improvement, we always turned them to 3 Feathers. My dad needed an old patio step demolished and rebuilt. He lives in an HOA so the HOA is very particular about the type of step that can be put in. We trusted Camille and his crew with helping my dad out. We figured he'd be in good hands since we were loyal customers with 3 Feathers. Camille and his crew no-show twice to my dad's house. These were scheduled appointments. The first no-show, we figured that they were just busy and it slipped their mind. Then the second no-show happened. There was no customer service in explaining themselves on why they were no-shows. This was very atypical of the experience that we had with Camille and his crew. After the second no show they never responded and haven't since. That was phone calls and emails. We also had our gutters fixed (last job by them for us) by them and realized that they were leaking in spots. We reached out to them to try to help us with what's going on and once again they ghosted us. So, not sure what's going on with their business. Very sad when we have worked with them so much.
