We did not get what we paid for. The owner is inexperienced. We were told to circle spots in our yard that we wanted fixed AFTER the estimate was given. ?. We did and then after work was about have way done we were told that was to much area and it would be more money for extra dirt. ?. We agreed to pay $800.00 more dollars for more dirt and the spots still were not filled in. A one or at the most 2 days of work took weeks because they said the weather but it was nice out. I personally think they were just "fitting" us in around other jobs since no one came back after noon on each of the 4 days they were here and the weather was fine. So grateful for this company! We hired them to plow my Mom's driveway in February (after hiring another company who took my moms money and never showed up). Andy's came the day we called them, cleared the snow, shoveled and showed up today by 1 p.m. We recently lost my Dad, who always took care of plowing the snow, so I cannot tell you how much of a relief it is to know I do not have to worry about my Mom being able to get out of her driveway! This company has been in business for 15 years now and continues to grow annually, what's that tell you! I recently had Andy LLC do a project for me. Here is what Andys team was able to accomplish for me in just 2 days! - Pull out 2 Ash trees in my front yard -Tear down a brick retaining wall that was falling -Pull up my brick pavers, re-tamp and set -Plant new Arborvitae for privacy purposes. -Re-lay new sod. -Add back fill dirt around house foundation. Same problem grass will not grow in same spot that was replaced last spring believe I got bad topsoil will do myself this time keeps saying was our fault for not properly watering sod funny it's middle of lawn totally unacceptable and all lies u begged us to do this job then was done incorrectly so you had to fix it right then got cheap fill from who knows where and now we r stuck trying to fix proper would not recommend this company.no one has contacted me about making it right and your guy was the one that messed up the wall so u had to do make it right . read more
