Timberline Tree Care came out and removed 5 dead trees from our property, all of them close to a house or power lines. The one closest to the house was massive. The arborist who first came out and assessed the property was on time, very professional and efficient. He provided a quote that day and was happy to address any issue, no matter how big or small. When the team came out, they were a very professional and well organized team. The equipment was in great shape, the men were all very pleasant, efficient, professional and safety conscious. They used Cherry Pickers on some trees and had to climb several others. They were able to drop the trees without damaging the house or power lines. They took great care not to damage the lawn or driveway, cleaned up everything, including some brush that was already there, and the rain showers that came and went did not slow them down. I was very impressed with the quality of work and skills of the team and would not hesitate to call them again. read more

OMG...this is the most amazing group. I had a really big and damaged tree. (an old Kirkwood tree) It was dangling high over my house and leaning right for the house. The crew came right on time Thursday morning. They moved all my patio furniture out of the way and made sure nothing on the property was in harms way. In 98 degree heat they used ropes and saws and gradually brought the tree to the ground. The tree came down and then the crew cleaned up. When they left, other than some sawdust and a stump, I would not have known they were there. This group is very very knowledgeable about trees. Timberline JUST finished trimming my trees. They really did a great job! We live along a busy road, and they had a tricky job trimming half a forest along that road. They did the job quickly, but more importantly, they made the landscaping beautiful. What was a mess of overgrown neglected weeds is now a row of beautifully groomed majestic hackberry trees. Timberline Professional Tree Care was wonderful! I contacted Ben this past week and told him that we had a tulip tree that might be dying in our backyard. I told him that the tree was planted 19 years ago when our daughter was born and that it was very special to us. I had an oak tree leaning over my garage that was starting to die. Ben from Timberline looked at the tree and assured me it would be no problem with their equipment. He worked with me on price by giving me options that would save me money, such as not having the brush chipped and removed. It rained the morning the tree was scheduled to be removed but the crew came later that day. They carefully took the tree down piece by piece, using their boom truck. After the tree was down, they cleaned up sawdust with a blower, even the garage roof. I am very happy with the job they did and the value I received for the money. I had gotten 3 quotes before giving the job to Timberline. The highest quote was from a company that was going to rent a lift truck (Timberline owns its own) and the lowest quote was from a company that did not have workmans comp insurance (Timberline let me check its insurance). I felt comfortable with Timberline's qualifications and price (the middle). I recommend Timberline to everyone. read more
