He informed me to first have the public works street dept clean up the street first. The following morning he took down the remaining tree and cut and took away the rest. The clean up was AMAZING! We had a very large, dead tree in the backyard of our new property and they were called to come out…read moreand remove it. Jeff called me the morning of the removal to let me know that they were coming and that no one needed to be there while they were working. I got home from work that afternoon to discover the tree completely gone and all of the mess cleaned up. Looking at the yard, other than some sawdust, you would never know that they had been there because all of the limbs were completely gone. There was also nothing in the driveway or the front of the house to indicate that there had been a tree removal that day. They also left an inch thick disk of wood that had been cut out of a tree branch on my daughters sand table. This was a very sweet touch and we are going to turn it into keepsake since this will be our first Christmas at the house.

We signed a contract with this company to repair our outdoor lighting after the May 16th tornado…read more Unfortunately, it has been a comedy of errors over the past few months and the issue is still unresolved. Despite multiple notices to pay an outstanding balance, our outdoor lighting still doesn't work. The company essentially installed an entirely new system, leaving our old lighting in disarray. While I was initially fine with this, the new system has never functioned properly. I've worked with Adam and have asked him seven times to come out and fix the problem, but there has been no resolution. At this point, I'm exhausted and simply want the product removed--I certainly don't want to pay $3,000 for something that doesn't work. I've also requested to speak with the owner but have yet to receive a call. Please be cautious if you're considering this company for your lighting needs. Ironically, their fencing division was fantastic--they repaired our fence perfectly with no issues. However, the lighting division has been a complete mess, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for outdoor lighting services.

Great tree removal services!…read more This is a small company so don't expect matching uniforms and shiny paint. However, they made up for this with their service and pricing. They are located in Cedar Hill but had no problem coming into the Shaw neighborhood for tree removal. They came in lowest out of four bids I got and less than half of the highest. They removed an over Ø24" tree between two garages and next to power lines with no damage or injuries. I was impressed! They were also quick to forward their insurance certificate before the work was done. I would definitely hire Darrel and crew again.
