She had heard good things about Alabama Mobile Home & Camper Service @5601 Skyland in Cottondale, so we went to them for help. Before going, I called and verified they do stock toilet parts, but she wanted to go browse anyway, so I didn't ask about anything specific. On the phone, they answered immediately and were respectful. The same was true when we arrived on 03/29/23. Though they did have some parts, they weren't what we needed. However, the employee that helped us, Jonathan, taught me a trick he had learned through experience and training- putting vaseline on the toilet flapper to add weight, restore its flexibility, and create a water-tight seal wherever it is missing. The tip made scientific sense, and worked when I implemented it later. Although only a temporary solution, it solved the problem until we could get a permanent resolution. I was impressed that they offered that free information and didn't try to up-sell us on anything. My relative will be returning to have window screens repaired. The only downside of this location was cleanliness. While there for only a few minutes, I observed four water bugs or cockroaches in random boxes and on the checkout counter. Still, I would recommend using this business. 4/5 stars

I gave him the money because he was my 12th company and the only one who said he could do the job. He asked that I be patient because of supply chain issues. I gave him six months. Called back and he gave excuses about the company he normally used being closed permanently. So it's been 13 months. Dude stole my money and I never got a window a call a text or an email.
