Management did not regulate who came into these apartments. Your roommate's boyfriend could be a drug addict and they wouldn't do a thing. For apartments made for college students, they didn't respect us as adults. Anything on the property went to waste. The gym had broken equipment and was bug infested. They didn't enforce their own property rules like towing or loud music in after quiet hours. After the tornado, they did not communicate with us and shut down their Facebook messenger and email. We waited for 2 to 3 weeks to get out molded, soggy items, and 2 more weeks to get our money back. Don't live here.There are other apartments in Jacksonville.

Sometimes there's a problem with getting into the system to pay rent online and with no Dropbox, there's a late fee when two of the grace period days fall on the weekend.

The complex has great amenities and always totally clean. Very safe and monitored closely. Plenty of parking for residents and guests Anytime she has had an issue and called maintenance, they have been swift and thorough in fixing the problem, going above and beyond. She moved in as a freshman , and is a junior now. She will stay until graduation. It's the very best place for a student to live at JSU.

I had my livingroom flood for 2 months before they fixed the flooding and then it took 3 months for them to replace my carpet padding ! I still have to same moldy carpet ! Not to mention all the matience issues I have had with this place ! Also the stupid resident manager doesnt do his job ! Warning stay away til they get new owners or get their crap together ! Worst apartment complex in the world !
