If I could give no stars I would. My elderly parents purchased a building from them and had nothing…read morebut problems. First of all the building porch was partially damaged in set up. Secondly, they lied saying they had keys to said building then ended up having to break in with a credit card and told them "oh well, you'll have to buy a new doorknob." Then upon entry they discovered German cockroaches. Called the company immediately and the woman basically accused my elderly mother of not knowing what she was talking about and said "They're wood roaches. It's common in buildings." First of all she never asked for a picture to properly identify the insect or else she would have known. Secondly, I think they KNEW because someone had previously put roach gel bait out inside the building. THIRD, my parents have owned several buildings in their lifetime and have NEVER experienced any type of roach. Silverfish, stink bugs, earwigs, bees. Spiders, but never roaches. Finally after spending upwards of $100 (not including the non refundable deposit) they have called REPEATEDLY for the company to come back and pick up their building and they have been ignored. With a name like "Above and Beyond" you've exceeded my wildest expectations and not in a good way. After reading the Above complaint how anyone could want to do business with you would be BEYOND me.
