Said they do not buy luxury cars, now they're selling a luxury car with 3x the miles lien had on it.

Great manager, great sales agent, female employee in service department is the best - you want…read moresomething done right go to her and her alone. We had the Cilajet application on our brand new Subaru. I think this may have been a waste of money because we have scratches on the hood and we were told that it would not be covered under warranty because they were too deep! Why did I pay for a product that does not do what it was guaranteed to protect? Wackerli itself isn't at fault for this but I am curious if they didn't apply it "heavy" enough. I would recommend Wackerli to anyone looking for a Subaru at a good price and expect top customer service.

I own a 2008 Subaru Outback and was hit a pothole at about 25 mph in early 2020. The power steering…read morepump was slammed into the radiator causing the vehicle to overheat. I brought the car in to be repaired among the $3,800 of damage the transmission pan was leaking. I then took my car to a different establishment in April 2020 and shortly after the oil and coolant systems burnt up causing an additional $1,100 of damage. In the process of repairing the $1,100 of damage one of their technicians cracked one of the cylinder heads causing an additional $4,500 of damage. The $4,500 was covered by the dealership but was easily preventable. In September 2020, as a part of routine maintenance I was told that I needed to replace the rear struts and brake pads. This was $1,100 and needed. However, I was told 3 months later after only 5,000 miles the brakes needed to be replaced again. In addition to this false brake concern leaks in the steering rack and transmission pan which were allegedly repaired in February were leaking once again. I moved elsewhere in the fall of 2021 and have been fighting these leaks that I was told were fixed in February 2020. The car was worth about $2,000 when I bought it in September 2019 and because of Wackerli's faulty repairs it is now worth -$7,400.

I want to tell you that Wackerli Buick service is A+++ in my experience of over 7 years and…read morerecently with Joe, service coordinator, who is "Tops". They have changed turn-signal lights without charging for labor; they have come to my house for a service call to "haul" my Enclave to the shop and didn't charge and they have shuttled me all over the "IF Valley" w/o charge. My friends, that's what I call "Keeping the Customer Satisfied"! I've read some of the negative reviews and know that I've experienced some of the same issues with other dealerships in IF. A lot of the time it is communications, i.e., between the service coordinate and mechanic, and then between the service coordinator and the customer. I will make Wackerli my first stop for buying a new car, but compare with other dealerships for calibrating their "deal" and keep them honest. My Enclave has been the best car I've owned, and I will always trust Wackerli to keep my "Garage Queen" in top notch condition. The staff at Wackerli Buick have gone the extra mile and "delighted" me with "Black-Belt" Quality! Need I say more? - Bob H/Idaho Falls

We then signed a mutual Purchase Order and went to buy it... only to learn they didn't actually have the title! My bank wouldn't cut the check until they had the title (naturally, what bank would take that risk with no title?) so we waited for them to get the title so we could buy it. Yes it was sitting on their lot, but they chose to sell it without the title in hand. While waiting, with a mutually signed PO (a legal document), we learned they had sold the vehicle to another party. Not only is this potentially illegal, it is downright shady. I would avoid this dealer at all costs since they don't play by the same rules they ask you to play by. Very disappointed in the entire experience.
