This is a beautiful, historic building with exposed brick walls, original hardwood flooring, exposed beams and tons of charm! The entrance can be found on Ottis F. Jones Parkway, and is on the backside of the building on Person St. near the historic Market House. There is plenty of convenient and free parking as well as a handicapped ramp that is very handy. My girls and I felt pampered and relaxed in our separate and spacious area :) My wedding ceremony was supposed to be outside by the pond in the beautiful green pasture, bright white fences and the covered bridge in the background- I was so excited about it! Due to weather we had to move the ceremony inside the barn. The main 'barn' space was easy to transform from a structured ceremony space to a relaxed and open reception party. Michelle Cornell was an amazing wedding coordinator- organized and kept everything on schedule and I didn't have to worry about anything on my special day! Hal was an entertaining and engaging MC- we got so many comments from our guests about how beautiful and fun our event was!

Everything else was pretty good, incl the desserts, with one exception. The pumpkin pie was Frozen solid!! What a faux pas on Thanksgiving!! I made the Very young manager aware of it who took them all off the dessert buffet. Very sad. The staff is terrific. Pleasant, friendly, and very attentive. If they'd get those few things corrected that I cited it would be a fantastic Thanksgiving buffet!!

Owner Ray Baca, has created a dream space for any event planner. The walls are original historic brick, and the furnishing is clean and modern. My favorite feature is the raw feel; this space can easily be outfitted to fit any event. The venue is also unique because of the kitchen and easy setup space for catering. You will not find another venue of this caliber with this unique setup anywhere is downtown Wilmington. The central location is also wonderful if the weddings located in downtown Wilmington. I am using this venue to host a business owner's info session. Mr. Baca has been a pleasure to work with and I hope to host other events here in the future. Ray was a great host and made sure that we had everything we needed, without being intrusive. If you want some good photos on your day, this place will not disappoint.
