Four seasons cams out to check it out and quickly identified the problem, and ordered the replacement part, which came in in about a week. Zac then came out to replace the pilot light assembly and was outstanding- took the time to organize the wires and very deeply clean the entire system. After installing the new part, he spent about 20 minutes explaining all of the parts of the fireplace to me, how they work, and how to troubleshoot potential issues. He was professional and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Overall an outstanding company. Would absolutely use them again for any future issues or general maintenance. We called to schedule the appointment right as it was getting cold (so I'm sure their busiest time!) and they quickly and easily got us on the calendar.

I used them for a chimney sweep in October 2018 and was happy. Now however these guys are no better than the Fly By Night Albert the Chimney Sweep. Unreliable, unprofessional. I do not recommend using this company to anyone.

I normally don't write about the majority of contractors that I have hired. But when someone does…read moreexceptional work, then, they should be acknowledged for their great workmanship. Initially I didn't know who to hire? Most contractors sound the same, even if you read most of their reviews. What caught my eye with Scirenco Remodeling is the reviews that he received. They all talked about a kindhearted person who follows you from through the purchasing phase of a bathroom project to completion. I thought to myself well may be there is something to this person besides having an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. So I called him, and sure enough he met me at the tile store and guided me through the initial phase. Of course I did my research beforehand to have an idea of what I wanted in a final product. He advised me on the smaller details that a normal person, not in the business, would otherwise think of. He made the first phase as seamless as possible. We then scheduled a week that would work out for the both of us. It was definitely a plus that he and his assistant Fred were both not afraid of dogs because I have two and they are both big and look intimidating. I wasn't sure what I was going to do with my dogs!?! Fred said "As long as they don't bite me, then, they don't bother me." Of course I didn't let my dogs roam while they were working because I, the responsible dog owner, watched over them in a different part of the house. I always supervised my dogs and created barriers from the work area. Well upon completion I was more than happy with the fact that their work exceeded my expectations. The washroom he renovated is small, yet by the time he was done with it, it felt larger and more airy. So if you are in the market for a bathroom remodeling job, then, I can without hesitation highly recommend Scirenco Remodeling. He and Fred are genuinely very nice people that put 100% of themselves into their work because they are perfectionists. There were never awkward moments of them being in my house. As a matter a fact, its been a week since they completed the project and I kind of miss the small talk with them.
