We ordered a shed on 9/4/21 and were given a 10 week timeline; next week it will be six months that we still don't have it. They have never reached out to us about it, but when we contact them we are always told we should be getting a call in the next 2 weeks to schedule a delivery. We are pretty patient people and understand normal delays, especially with Covid, but this is an extreme delay. We put thousands of dollars down a fairly big structure and six months later we have nothing. Very disappointing. Apparently if you write a negative review you actually get a phone call, so here's hoping; although it sounds like you get treated badly if you do get a call. read more

Terrible business ethics, and even worse customer service. Bought and paid in full for my shed to be delivered on 8/19/2022 called 3 times the week of to verify delivery time and on the 18th was called back at 345pm to find out they would not be delivering my shed. They gave me two new dates that did not work the next week and tried to force me to cancel my order. Finally agreed on a new date of 9/1/2022 to deliver and just found out that they are cancelling my delivery again. Very unprofessional that likes to verbally assault you from the other end of a phone line. Tim Dotson you told my wife you get threatened with BBB complaints all the time and you are not worried about them. Please do your homework before ordering anything from this company. Bought a shed for our non-profit Aug. 2020. Saw window was cracked the next day. Sent photo and text to manager. No response. Continued trying to reach them with no results. Finally got someone to respond 2021. Was told there was no warranty because we purchased a used building off the lot. We purchased a custom built building that the buyer decided not to get. This building never left the lot. Our receipt said new building. FB messages got responses with promises to fix things. We had found by now that water came in underneath the door and also around a window. Were told to contact someone to set an appointment to repair things. Either calls not answered or were told she wasn't in. More calls, more broken promises to make repairs. Poor customer service, poor workmanship on shed. I have never taken the time to write a negative review on any company, but this company was absolutely awful and I felt obligated to save someone else from the headache. For starters, I ordered my 12x40 shed on October 12th 2021 and was told the delivery time was 6-8 weeks. I paid half the price of the building up front (big mistake). I initially spoke with a salesman that assured me that it was better to order a building and have it delivered vs having one built on site. I asked on numerous occasions if they we're going to be able to deliver my building without issue. They blew me off every time. I went as far as taking measurements and pictures of every obstacle I thought would be questionable. I sent all of this information through email on 3 occasions and sent text messages of it to a number of a receptionist that gave me their number to do so. No one ever responded to anything and when asked they reassured that there would be no problem with delivery. After being lied to about delivery for about 9 months the building finally almost made it to my house on 7-25-22. The delivery driver (to no fault of his own) had no clue what he was getting himself into and was not comfortable delivering the building to my house. He had stopped at the head of my holler and told me right then and there that he was not going to go any further. He put me on the phone with his boss and he immediately said that if he turns back around with my building he was going to sue me for the remaining half of what was owed on the building. He said that my only option was to find somewhere else to drop the building or that's the route he was going to take. I am new to the area I live and did not have anywhere else I could drop a 12 x 40 building. After arguing with him for about an hour he agreed to take my building to a friends property rather than me losing my money with no building. The delivery was scheduled to be at my house on multiple other days in which I took off work and they did not show up. They gave me no explanation or apology for those days I took off waiting for them. Also, the garage door to my building was completely off the hinges and broken from the drive. The delivery driver did his best to get it back up, but it was missing rollers that must've fallen out. This company obviously lied to me and their own delivery driver about where it was being delivered. They sent ONE MAN in crocs to deliver a giant building in another state hours away. Now, I have the building about an hour away from my house and I am going to have to pay another company to pick it up and deliver it. I am leaving out a lot of BS that I encountered along this process, but this was an awful experience. The owner of this company deserves every lawsuit going his way. There is no way that anyone of his character and demeanor should ever be operating a company. The only positive experience I had was with the delivery driver. He kept his cool under an obviously stressful day due to his boss being incredibly rude. I want every single employee from the salesman I originally spoke with to the owner of this company to know that what comes around goes around. Karma will catch up to every single one of you. After reading this review look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself why you would ever subject yourself to working for a dishonest company where you continue to lie and rip people off. To the delivery driver, Thank you for keeping it as professional as you could under stressful circumstances. I would quit immediately if you have not done so already. Don't get scammed by Timber Creek Structures and take your business elsewhere!! Ordered a shed the first week of May and was told 3-5 weeks. Based on many other reviews this company lies to all their customers. Why not just be honest and disclose your real wait time BEFORE you take people's money? It is now almost the middle of September and still no sign of the shed. We have called several times over the summer for updates, but no one had any idea what was going on. You'd think a business would keep track of their orders at least somewhat. I don't have a problem with waiting for a shed, I'm a reasonable person and understand with COVID and everything it's going to take a while. My problem is being lied to and left in the dark for months, and getting a nasty phone call from the owner after leaving a negative review. The negative review could have been avoided by communication and good customer service. If you want to give thousands of dollars to someone who will ignore you for months and then curse you out for exposing their shady business practices then this is the perfect company for you! I'm not even looking forward to getting the shed anymore because of all the bad reviews regarding quality and the owner's refusal to honor warranties and make repairs. This whole process has been extremely unpleasant due to the hostility and disrespect. There are many other reputable builders in the area, avoid Timber Creek Structures at all costs. read more

Overall good quality, delivery people are nice and helpful BUT........the owner is ridiculous and will curse you out even before saying hello on the phone. This was a CASH deal the beginning of April. We were told 3 weeks! Turned out to be 3 1/2 months! Also in Trumbull County anything over 200 sq feet requires a permit and tied down with concrete pillars. No more just gravel, as their sales people will tell you!! It is right on Trumbull County website. We had originally ordered a 20x40 building. We found out 3 days later about Trumbull County specifications and called to see about a smaller building and adding to the order for the pavilion as well. The owner, Tim, was the most disrespectful person we have ever talked to declaring we were NOT getting our money back. We did not want that at all. The building had not even been started to be built so that is not what the hold up was! The owner just does not have any people skills and even treats his employees disrespectfully. He called our delivery guy twice in twenty minutes telling him to drop the building and leave. Look up Google reviews for this company. Just warning you to do your research before buying from this company. read more
