Totally recommend Tim Otero for plumbing issues! The first week of January 2021, when my elderly parents (in their 80's) used the water dispenser on the front of their side-by-side refrigerator, they heard a loud, hammering noise coming from the back of the refrigerator. The obnoxious noise continued until they stopped pushing for the dispensation of water, but happened almost every time they got water. The first person who looked at it was sent from their appliance warranty company - the technician said it was the water line and that they had to get a plumber. The second person (the plumber) agreed it was the water line, and checked the water pressure which was high, but not above code. He reduced the water flow to the dispenser by turning the water line faucet handle on the wall behind the refrigerator, and tested it out. No more noise! He said if the noise started up again, they would need to get a "pressure reducing valve" put in the ground that would cost around $500, and a "water expansion tank" attached to the water tank/heater that would cost around $200. Tim Otero to the rescue! I asked my parents not to do or buy anything until Tim checked it out. Turns out all they needed was a pressure valve (I forgot the specific type/name) on the water line to the refrigerator that costs $35 at Home Depot. Tim installed it the same day. (He also advised that current code requires these valves be on new appliances that have electronically dispensed water. So he will return to add the valves to our dishwasher and washing machine). Saved my parents over $700!!! read more

I had a honey-do list of things I wanted done in my mobile home. I called Tim because of his good reviews here on Yelp. He called me back immediately and said he could give me an estimate that same day. As it turned out, he ended up having his afternoon free (he had to wait for cement to set on another job). That same afternoon he was able to complete my to-do list: remove & replace two light fixtures, replace two bathroom sinks & faucets, replace a ceiling fan, replace a shower head, remove a row of tile, remove old wood from around the kitchen window, remove molding from around a mirror. The fee for all his work was extremely reasonable! He is my new go-to handyman! I was very impressed with his work ethic and the great job he did! read more

Tim has been an absolute lifesaver. I initially had him come out for a light fixture and learned he was capable of so much more. Though he did an absolutely gorgeous job with the light fixture. He re-plumbed most of the house and fixed the hot mess that the builder had left. He installed sinks, faucets, dishwasher, microwave, and he is coming back to do a few more things. He is incredible! I highly recommend him. He is also always upbeat and personable and his rates are very reasonable. My only hesitancy in posting this review is that he will get even busier before I finish all my projects, but he is just too good of a find to not share with others. read more

Tim and his team did a wonderful job at our house this past February. The painter was professional. She worked on both our interior doors and trim as well as our exterior door. They also did a great job refreshing our bathroom grout. And Tim fully built an exterior counter with a sink. His plumbing talents were very professional as well as his ability to build an outdoor cabinet with countertop. It was beautifully done and finished off, again, with a wonderful paint job. read more

My bathtub had some sort of a leak. The HOA's maintenance guy said it was from a broken pipe and would cost $800 to fix. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and called Tim.
