Venice: better, but no cigar. Was thinking I'd leave Italy without a bag, until I found Mary's Shop during a quick internet search on the way to Sorrento. Leather is very well made by Italians who have had this shop here for 110 years. Beautiful family, beautiful leather, BEAUTIFUL prices. The shop owner showed me a similar bag like the one I was interested in that was 14 years old. The bag's owner had run over the bag with his car and needed repairs. It was buttery and patina'd. Fantastic! My leather looks great now, but it will only get better. Not super heavy like my Saddleback Leather bags, but high quality, high stitch per inch, made in Sorrento leather. Surprisingly, after visiting over 30 leather shops in Italy (not counting the scores of stores of cheap stuff made in the Far East), I found my bag in Sorrento at Mary's Shop. For reference, the most expensive bags I considered were 690€ in Venice, 540€ in Florence. The bag I bought was just as well made and was marked at 290€, which is an absolute steal for a leather briefcase of this quality.

Unfortunately the mini Nintendo system stopped working after we used it once while we were still there and due to us changing locations on our vacation, we were unable to go back to the store to either exchange it or return it. Upon our return back to Canada, I sent the gaming system into Nintendo Canada as it should have been under warranty as it was brand new. Nintendo Canada informed me that the gaming system was counterfeit! Upon emailing the store and communicating with Gaetano, he asked me to ship the gaming system back to him so he could "discuss this with his supplier" and either refund my money OR send me a new, non-counterfeit gaming system. I was very hesitant in sending back the system as I wasn't sure if I'd ever see it again or hear back or get my money back. However, I trusted Gaetano due to some of the reviews on Google and his re-assurance over email, so I sent it back. Well, after months of trying to get a hold of Gaetano to follow up with him on this after I sent the system back, he has since ignored me and has ultimately RIPPED ME OFF as he never did refund my money or send out another NON-COUNTERFEIT unit. In fact, he has never responded to any of my emails after I told him I had shipped it and given him all of the postage details. BEWARE of this place if you are a tourist! I am sure his shop is full of counterfeit products!!

I've connected many different Bluetooth speakers and devices over the years to my phone in my job, so I know that this is not normal. They raised their voices and spoke to me with such disrespect and aggression that many people outside began stopping to watch. I had a family member with me witnessing their unacceptable behavior, and I was eventually joined by more of my family. But both employees continued to keep yelling at me. **This is when the aggression and tempers became physical. At a moment when I happened to be trying to listen and communicate with the female employee behind the desk, the male employee *pushed me* hard on my left shoulder to turn my body to face him. Once I was facing him, he *screamed in my face.*** I could see he clearly was angered and felt disrespected that my attention wasn't on him. But they were both yelling different things at me at the same time. I can only really participate in one *conversation* at a time. It was never my intention to ignore or dismissing him.
