Tim was wonderful to work with from start to finish. We relocated to the Vancouver area from out of state and we spoke with Tim several times before we came out for our house hunting trip. He was knowledgeable of the area including the schools and school districts which was an important factor for our family. He pre-toured several homes for us and really worked to get an understanding of our wants and needs to make our short trip as efficient as possible. Because we did not move to the area until close to the time the house was closing, Tim was present for our inspection and additional inspections that were required. Through all of our interactions with Tim, we came to trust his judgement for the minor and not so minor challenges we came across. Tim was also very attentive to our emails/ calls/ texts throughout the whole process. Tim's service after the house closed was the icing on the cake for our family, though.
