I just had Will-Do clean my furnace ducting, inspect my furnace and clean my wood stove piping in…read moreshop that is 24ft straight up. Cleaning the house ducting they pulled out plywood chunks that have been there since the construction of the house in 1998. The ducts have been cleaned many times over the yrs by other companies, but none as thorough, even got a baby fork back and children are grown now. I usually have to crawl on my shop roof which is 20 feet up and stand on tin to use a sweeper to clean the chimney. Not fun or safe in winter. Will-Do did a better job and cleaned it from the stove, with the hvac system there was no mess, no crawling on the roof in winter, and after inspection did a better job then I could have. I do use the proper tools, however brushes compared to their system is night and day. The guys were very hard working, effienct, clean, and the price was very reasonable. I will never clean my stove pipe again, with the cheap rates and no mess Will-Do has a very happy customer that will use them when ever needed.

Price was quite high considering he was 1 hour late and done everything in 16 minutes. This included conversation before and during cleaning. Would have been better if he was honest and said hey your chimmney doesnt really need cleaning. They also did not tell us that they accept only cash or cheque. For a business run for decades they should take a credit card for convenience. If this business is on repeat business then I think if you happen to get a clean chimmey which does not need too much or any cleaning at you should say so and charge accordingly. Cant help be feel like being ripped off unfortunately.
