There's a seating area and some items you can purchase near the back. My boyfriend ordered an Americano (of course), and for me, a latte. The Americano came out quite hot so it took him a while to finish it but he said it was good. My latte was creamy and delicious. I wish there was a bit more in the cup and a touch warmer but either way, I was very pleased. They use beans that are roasted locally which is a nice plus! It's a cute spot to visit with a friend or quietly sit and contemplate life while looking out the front window. Get on board and go!

Several poor customer service experiences, long wait times during peak hours, and issues with order accuracy. Out of convenience went yesterday and that was the last straw. There was a sign pasted on the order area covering the summary of your order to say 'hi' when you arrive. Whatever that meant. Placed an order for two steeped tea and two tarts. Got to the window, we waited about one moment before the window opened. The woman said nothing, we handed them the app to scan and then she passed the debit machine. She passed two beverages and a bag. As we got them, we said thank you and nothing. The window closed. To top it all off, it was coffee and NOT TEA. ohh my god. This location always disappoints. So as a sub for my favorite addiction, I chose coffee culture. While not the strongest beans, they were good. I had lunch twice during the week as well. One day was the chicken panini and a veggie soup which was just ok. The second time was a grilled cheese and chicken coconut soup. I love Thai and Indian Flavors and this was a mild but nice soup. One of the days I had a gingerbread cookie and it was soft and wonderful. Overall a pleasant experience The staff was friendly as well and joked with me when they saw I planned on coming in multiple times every day. Literally. For 6 days.
