This Tim Hortons is awful! Right when you think they're going to get better and they do for a couple days, and it's right back to the same old crap. They constantly get your orders wrong. I've called and they are extremely rude and not helpful at all. I do not recommend the Tim Hortons. I wish it would just be replaced by something better or get new management once and for all that actually helps this place get their act together. It's always highly disappointing for the money you spend. Got DoorDash today and of course my order is wrong. Then they love to tell you oh you have to contact DoorDash.It's like I wouldn't have to contact anybody if you guys would ever get orders right. It's not rocket science. read more

There is something to be said about the quality of the Bellefontaine Tim Hortons. I am from Buffalo New York pretty much the birthplace of the Tim Hortons franchise. I was so happy when I moved here to have Tim Hortons coffee still in my life. But the quality and customer service are not the same and this store gives Tim Hortons a bad name. It's 11:00 am on a Saturday. They had maybe four types of donuts available. I asked for a sausage, egg and cheese croissant and with a grumpy face, said they are out of croissants. I asked for a biscuit. She responded they are out of those too. So I asked what my options were. Only bagel or English muffin. If you are a bakery, all baked goods should be available on a Saturday morning. It is also a Cold Stone Creamery and they had no ice cream out. The freezer didn't even have much for purchase. I've been here a few times and the place is never clean, the employees never smile and they do not have quick service. They must not have a manager or franchise owner who cares much. read more

This is literally the worst Tim Hortons I have ever gone to. I visit almost daily, and almost daily they mess up my coffee that's all I ever get. Well Saturday afternoon around 3pm I found a fly in coffee. Pictured below, when I called to speak to management they laughed about it while on the phone with me, this is very unprofessional, I have contacted corporate with no response, this store is always so dirty and the staff is so rude! Tim Hortons - a sticker with a bug on it - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Bellefontaine, Ohio

So this is one of my local stores, with the other one being in Urbana, OH. I'm at this Bellefontaine store at least 4 times per week, and have been for going on 5 years. Lately the store has declined in both quality and customer service. On one recent occasion I had pre-ordered three dozen donuts for an office event and they said it would be ready for me to pick up at 6:30 AM on a certain day. When I showed up to pick up the order no one had any idea what was going on. When I spoke with the manager she was very dismissive of the situation. The store's newest opportunity for failure is the staff has no idea how to scan a barcode on the Tim Hortons app. I loaded some gift-cards onto the app and thought I was good to go. BUUUTTT, when I went through the drive-through the staff kept trying to tap the card-scanner to my phone (which enables Apple Pay, NOT the Tim card). I told them they need to use the barcode scanner, not the card-reader and they said the scanner for the drive-through was broken. I then went inside to a register with a working scanner and they didn't know how to use it. It seems like the owners need to get their staff some equipment, then some training. To be sure, I have successfully used the app at several other locations, but the Bellefontaine store won't work. Bottom line, if you pay with cash or a card, and keep your expectations low, you'll be just fine. read more

So, the check-in name is spelled wrong, but that doesn't change the fact that I think you consume calories just by walking into this place. Was driving by and needed some coffee so pulled over for a cup...upon walking in the door I knew it was going to take every bit of my will power to make it out of here without eating anything. I wasn't hungry at all, but my mouth watered and the smell and look of all the delicious pastries that filled the place. I oohhed and awwwed at the donut stuffing apparatuses that I saw. There was the smell of eggs and meat from the breakfast sandwiches that I could see pictured. I went from full and just a bit thirsty to starving for a donut. My waistline will be relieved to hear that my will power held firm. I did not indulge in a delectable treat and stayed firm with my coffee...which was ehh. Maybe it was only ehh because of everything else I was smelling. Will I ever go back here?? Probably not. BUT that is only because it is in Bellefontaine and I live in Cincy. However, If I lived nearby I would probably also not go back because I would undoubtedly gain about 1000 lbs. I would go and eat one...then another...and then not be able to stop. This place is so awesome that I am extremely glad that I don't live nearby...thus to not have to constantly test my will power. read more

Worst experience EVER!!!!! most incompetent people I have ever met! We came in for 6 donuts only to find that they had a total of 3 different donuts to pick from. (Worst selection I have ever seen at a Tim hortons) we stood for a few minutes contemplating whether we wanted to even order. The manger stated he would make more donuts as soon as he had a chance. We went ahead and ordered 1 Boston cream (3 available in the case already) 1 cinnamon roll (also 3 available in the case) 1 raspberry filled (5 available in the case) 3 strawberry cheesecake donuts (none available but the manager was going to make some) and told the lady at the front that we would just hang out until they were done. While waiting we recieved our French vanilla cappuccinos that we ordered. They were extremely watery so I took them up to have them fixed and the lady who originally took our order was intentionally ignoring me so I nicely asked the lady at the drive thru if there was a way we could have them corrected and she nicely replied of course! So she fixed our drinks all while the lady at the front was still intentionally ignoring me. I brought our drinks back to the seat and after sitting down the lady walked over grabbed 4 out the 5 timbits ( there was well over 5 in the case when we ordered) we order for our toddler and threw them up on the counter and walked away. I went up got the bag and found that there were only 4 so I gave them to my husband for him to try to get her attention after standing up there for over 3 mins she finally acknowledged him and he said ma'am we only got 4 timbits very rudely she replied " yes I know hes making more" while we have been waiting we watched SEVERAL of the donuts made but still no order for us. We watched several of the only donuts we were waiting on go out the drive thru window so finally. 1 hour later we went up to inform her that we still hadn't received any of our donuts only for her to tell us there were no more cinnamon rolls, and that they completely forgot our order was taken (even though we sat directly in front of her so she wouldn't forget!) Then my husband informed her agian while she was getting our order together that she still owed us a timbit, only for her to argue with my husband that she did give us 5 timbits! He politely said "no I was just up here an hr ago telling u that u only gave us 4" she argued with him again and then finally gave him a differ type of timbit that we had originally ordered because the manager never made anymore of the ones we had ordered. read more

Since there's no Starbucks anywhere near us occasionally we settle for Tims. And I really wouldn't mind it except for the fact that I rarely if ever have gotten what I ordered at this place. read more

Pretty much every time I go to this Tim Horton's, they somehow manage to mess up whatever I get, Im not sure how. But they never fail to let me down. Also anytime I go in to eat I end up regretting my decision because they seldom clean the tables or sweep the floors. I also don't know why I keep giving them another chance, but then again I am still trying to make things work with my spouse, I just don't like giving up. If you like black coffee or donuts they are pretty good though, I don't think they could mess those up. :) read more

Walked in and only had 1 person ahead of our family of 4. We waited patiently to be served. They had 5 people working and after what seemed to be a long period of time, no one greeted us or asked us for our order. During our long wait we observed the donut rack was bare and the work counters were filthy and the floors had food under the the counters. This is probably the worst visit we've had at Tim's. We waited 43 mins it total waiting for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 4 drinks. And people in the front couldn't get in because the front door was locked. They didnt have any chicken for the chicken fajita and or donuts, and they are a donut shop. The line was horrible and they didn't even have a cashier for five minutes. Then, when she did come she was unbelievably rude and didn't know how to do her job. Not to mention that I got the wrong sandwich and the caramel coffee was sub par. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Especially when you pay 3 dollars for a coffee. read more

It was just a quick stop for drinks, but hit the spot. Staff was attentive, got our order correct and in a timely manner. 2 critiques: why have a fireplace with chairs around it if you're not going to have it burning when it's below freezing outside and someone needs to wipe tables regularly after guests leave (only couple there and almost all tables were unwiped) read more

This Tim's in Bellefontaine has gone down hill. It isn't clean and the staff just stands around. I went there this morning. It was dark. Told the girl that waited on me that I almost didn't stop cause it looked dark. She shrugged her shoulders and said" oh we didn't turn them on yet". There was 3 other people there but just standing around. A friend stopped after I did and she said they didn't have lids for their to go cups and they didn't have anything ready for breakfast. Tim Hos is a solid place to get fancy Starbucks style coffee, baked good and cafe style lunch. It's a popular place so the drive thru can be busy. I wish we had these in Hawaii. Inside has a modern feel with a good amount of seating. I've never had an issue with the staff. We will be back for sure. read more

The last few years this store has gone down tremendously. I've seen people get flies in their drinks, I've been in an actual argument with the drive through person, it takes you no less than 15 minutes every time to get through the drive through. I waited in line for 22 minutes before getting to the speaker, only to be told that the hash browns were not ready, so I asked how long, and she got super annoyed and checked. She came back saying 4 minutes so she couldn't get me any, I had told her I had already been in line 22 minutes, I almost guarantee it was going to take me another 10 just to get to the window...after her getting very rude with me, she finally said okay. They have been closed on multiple occasions with signs on door saying "staffing issues"... That is NO excuse to be closed. Multiple other times they have a sign on the speaker saying only cash in drive through, after sitting in line for 20 minutes you see that and cant get out of line.. They refused to take a giftcard at the window... Honestly the rudest staff ive ever came across. GET CORPORATE IN THERE or shut it down. read more
