The cheese croissants were fresh, fluffy, buttery and layered. They just do pastries better in QC than home (Vancouver). The cheese was nicely distributed through the croissant too. Always put the right amount of cream in the coffee. They do it for you. I prefer to get two creams. There are a lot of good donuts at Tim Horton's but the honey crueller is the pinnacle of all donuts. It's crispy yet soft. It's sweet but not so sweet it makes you sick.
