Dreams do come true and not all heroes wear capes! My husband and I have been dreaming about owning a home for years. If I could give 10 stars, I would. My husband and I began our search for a home in March, during Covid in a hot market. We reached out to Tim and gave him a location we were interested in. Tim was referred to us by some friends and we couldn't have been more happier with him. This was our first home buying experience so we had plenty of anxiety related to that. Our first visits were done over Zoom (in a Covid-19 world) and he asked relevant questions about what we were looking for in a home and listened to what we had to say. After that, the process went very quickly - we met every weekend and he was flexible with our schedules. He knew the tri-valley area well and knew good areas to look for homes. He was very communicative over call, Zoom, and text and very punctual from beginning to end. We debriefed after every home visit and listed pros and cons.
