On arriving my family was greeted by the sales team who took the voucher off us and about 5 minutes later we were met by our photographer, over the next 15 minutes it was brilliant we had lots of photos taken and had all the family photographed from my very little one to the full family photo of 5 people... they were very professional and made the whole experience friendly and fun ... I then came back to reception where I was given the opportunity to view the pictures whilst I waited for the CD to burn... the photographer told me he had taken 90 images...I was shocked as I viewed the photos they were awesome and I found myself getting a bit emotional but I loved it... 5 minutes later they handed me the disc with my images and a copyright release letter giving me complete ownership of the images - all for a fixed fee of £37 quid Whitebox Photography is an excellent service and one I would strongly recommend...forget Venture pick Whitebox they gave me a guranteed 50 images (90) copyright free and all for one fixed fee how can anybody beat that???

Stephen Ward is something of a local institution, a well known and talented photographer, he is…read morealso heavily involved in the local news magazine the Rothwell Record. As if it wasn't enough to be the photographer of choice for the area Stephen is also proprietor of the stationary and card shop which has a great range of cards at all prices and a selection of books by local authors. A couple of years ago Stephen Ward's also took on a Thorntons chocolate franchise thus becoming the only place in Rothwell to get good chocolate. I'm sure I'm not the only person to realise that the coming of summer is heralded by the appearance of Thornton's ice cream in Stephen Ward's shop.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Steve and Karen for the stunning photographs of our…read morewedding on 30th June 2012 at Castle Howard, York. Steve is a very professional photographer who is passionate about his work, also flexible and efficient. One example of this is when we experienced a heavy down pour just as we were about to leave the church. This could have caused a long delay however Steve quickly adapted the plans and arranged our group photos to be taken inside. This prompt action ensured that the day still ran to schedule. Steve has put a great amount of effort and time into our wedding photos and as a result of this the album is exceptional. We would not hesitate to recommend Steve to anyone who is planning to get married in the near future. Thank you Aimee and Matthew.

We used Steve Ramsden Photography to capture our wedding day on 2nd June 2012. Steve was so much…read moremore than just the photographer. Before the big day we went for a pre wedding shoot at his studio where he talked us through the day, what to expect, how things would run, and how best we should organise ourselves and the bridal party. The advice Steve gave us on that day turned out to be utterly invaluable. Never in my life have I been on time for anything, but thanks to Steve and his pep talk not only was I on time I was actually ready early which meant I could take time to relax and enjoy every aspect of the day rather than feeling flustered and rushed. We were so pleased with the way the pictures turned out, they got all the pictures we requested, knew exactly where all the best picture opportunities in the venue where and whilst doing all this, kept everybody (all 120 guests and 1 guide dog) organised, assured and calm. Everybody knew where they were meant to be and when they were meant to be there, which meant all the group shots ran smoothly and efficiently allowing us sufficient time to have plenty of shots of just us together AND a bit of time to socialise too, before the wedding breakfast.Steve and Karen were professional, organised and an integral part of our day. They didn't just take their profession seriously but they took our wedding day seriously too. We honestly can not recommend them highly enough!
