All my sons recently helped my girlfriend and I move two houses worth of stuff and they were…read moreawesome. They worked hard to get the trucks loaded quickly and safely. They responded really well to direction and feedback and all of our belongings seem to have made it safely. Tyrel, Jay, Ron and Sadek were awesome so you're in good hands with any of them!

I chose All My Sons because I had previously seen them do a great job moving a family member…read more Unfortunately, my experience was completely different. I scheduled a move within the same apartment complex. This was not a cross-town move--it was a transfer between two apartments approximately 200 feet apart with identical floor plans. I was given a 10:00-11:00 AM arrival window. The crew did not arrive until approximately 2:30 PM, more than three hours late. During that time, I received no meaningful updates and spent the day waiting. When the crew finally arrived, only three movers showed up instead of the four-person crew I expected. Rather than arriving with a plan, they immediately expressed doubts about completing the move. The manager's response to the delay was disappointing and dismissive. When I explained that the delay was seriously impacting my day, I did not feel that the situation was being taken seriously. Ultimately, the move was not completed. I had to make alternative arrangements, hire additional help on my own, and spend the weekend moving and unpacking largely by myself. What is most frustrating is that I specifically hired a professional moving company to avoid exactly this situation. Instead, the late arrival, staffing issues, and lack of communication turned what should have been a straightforward apartment transfer into a stressful and exhausting experience. I understand that delays can happen. What I cannot understand is the lack of communication, accountability, and customer service after the delay occurred. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

But according to their insurance policy, I should have done so before the movers left. I understand that I should have kept the movers waiting and standing around in my house until I went over and inspected every single little piece of my possession (/s), but why and how was my stuff lost in the first place? I clearly saw the jacket go into the boxes along with other jackets and sealed. It was particularly painful to lose this jacket because it was a personal and sentimental item that my mom and I made together. Update: My suddath advocate Benny escalated this issue with his VP to the insurance management company and was able to get them to issue the insurance claim. Although I'm still really sad I lost that jacket, I appreciate the effort that these people went through to make sure I was satisfied.

Theft! Used this…read morecompany as my new job offered them as new hire moving expense option. Always handled my own moves, it was my first time using professional movers. As always, moving out of state with a house full of stuff and a family to a new job is a mess. Found out some months later that collectible sports cards I've had since the 80s were missing from a sports tin. Nothing crazy valuable, a jerry rice rookie and sanders rookies but they were sentimental. Can I prove they were stolen? In everything sense but hard evidence as I didn't list those items on the valuable list. Also, driver suggested I don't insist on inventory for all my items to "save time". Big mistake. I've kept this items in a small sports tin that screams open me if your an opportunist looking for easy pickins to pocket. By the time you realize something is gone, it's past the 90 window to make a claim. You cant even email the sales representative contact that you booked with, email will bounce back. My advice? No matter who you pick, inventory all items, handle valuable including sentimental items yourself, insist they follow all procedures, read the fine print and treat the movers as hired strangers that don't not have your interest as heart. Learn from my mistakes and protect yourself.
