The common area and grounds, also look welcoming and that's how they lure you in. You expect expensive rent with this sort of facility- but what you don't expect is to have a clubhouse you can't access on weekends- have to pay to use if you want to have any sort of gathering, and that they will give you ZERO assistance with problematic neighbors. We were harassed by the neighbors two stories above us in retaliation for reporting that they had left their constantly crying dogs outside for 12+ hours, and the managers did nothing for our safety. They (the managers at the time) also didn't communicate the major crimes that had been happening on the property as we were moving out. SWAT/Nampa PD's tactical team was sweeping the complex and they acted like it was the norm. Come to find out- it was. Management didn't care who was paying the rent (or if people had undocumented roommates that put them over capacity as we noticed in several problematic homes.) We also had a hoarder sharing a wall with us, and they did nothing about that smell. For the price paid to live in these units, I'd also expect that all the appliances work as they should. For the entire time we lived here, we had a washing machine that would scream like a banshee every time we used it, and were constantly told that they'd replace it. Spoiler alert- it's probably still in that unit and still screeching. If you can afford to rent here- you can afford to rent somewhere else. I'd suggest you try, unless it's something you don't plan on staying at for a long time and want to pay a small deposit for.

I was able to move into a brand new never lived in apartment when I first moved in and it was beautiful. I have lived in Denver in a more expensive run down apartment so it was nice to live somewhere new. I have the most amazing sunsets from my patio too, which is a nice bonus. The elevator is constantly down, they will try to say it was fixed (lie) so you have to put in a work order daily. Packages ger stolen so you better have an alternative friend to send them to pick up. All of the so called amenities are constantly closed or simply unusable when open. The property is never properly cleaned. To top it off if you complain (heaven forbid you expect what you pay for) they decide to not renew your lease. My mother, despite the horrible conditions of this place did not want the stress of moving again so soon but oh well. Personally I'm happy she's getting out of there! She has lived in a few apartments in different states across the country and this is by far the worst managed place ever in treatment by the staff and maintenance.

They would always call ahead to schedule inspections and they were very attentive to blowing out the sprinklers in the winter and changing the filters in the home. Several other tenants in the neighborhood couldn't even reach their property management company while I always had any issues addressed. When it came time to move out they were extremely realistic with expectations and even allowed me to extend my stay after my other living situation needed a few delays.

All star Property very much grab tenants wherever they can find them and then leave the landlord responsible for sooooo many costs. For The necessary evictions, for tenants they rented to, they deducted legal fees from us. and any left over repairs and utilities. They never once sent my husband and I the applications for the tenants. We found a much more professional company in town.

I wish I had seen the reviews sooner otherwise I would have steered clear. Once we received the "final" statement we called to discuss the charges listed and after leaving two voicemails and stopping by the office multiple times (good luck catching them in office) I have yet to receive a call back. We paid our rent ahead of time, responded to all requests, and kept to ourselves despite the nit picky tenants there. Steer clear and save yourself the headache!!
