The item we were purchasing was very large and very heavy, so my husband asked the cashier if there was somebody that could help us load it if we pulled our vehicle up to the door. She never responded, and she didn't even look up to it knowledge she had heard him, so I repeated the request. That's when she said " if you want to pull your car up I will find somebody to help". My husband went to pull the car up while I waited just inside the door. After a few minutes she saw me standing there and called out to somebody. I watched her tell someone that we needed assistance and it appeared that he heard her as he looked at her and then turned and walked away. About five minutes later I noticed that three of the guys (that I had previously seen outside helping people ) we're standing and joking around with each other right behind our cashier. After a few minutes they all walked away. My husband called me and I had told him we were still waiting and that nobody had come over to me yet. He told me he was just going to come in and get it himself. He came in and got our purchase and took it out to our vehicle when all of a sudden two guys quickly came walking up to help him load it. I noticed there was I Nother vehicle in front of us that were loading their own purchase as well. Those same two employees stood behind them watching them load it. Our original delivery did not happen because of a communication issue involving outdated contact information. We worked with Lowe's to correct everything and rescheduled for the next available date. We tried to be understanding and give Lowe's the benefit of the doubt. Then, the night before our rescheduled delivery, we received a late-night text from the installer saying he would not be able to make the appointment due to a vehicle issue. We were supposed to receive our oven the next morning, and we are now being told we have to wait another week for the next available appointment. What has been most frustrating is the lack of ownership from Lowe's. We have spent hours trying to get help and have repeatedly been passed around rather than having someone actually take responsibility for resolving the issue. I even contacted Customer Service and waited on hold for over 10 minutes before the call dropped. No one called back. When I called again, I was told they could not help me. When I asked who could assist with escalating the situation, the representative ended the call without providing any additional contact information or resolution. We understand that unexpected things happen. Installers have vehicle problems, and we are not unreasonable about that. What we are disappointed by is how Lowe's has handled the situation and the complete lack of effort to make things right. We have been loyal Lowe's customers, but after this experience, we are seriously questioning whether we would purchase another major appliance from the company. We are not looking for perfection. We are looking for accountability, communication, and some effort to make a very frustrating experience right.

He made us feel like we were inconveniencing him, at best. At the same time, my husband listened to other employees yelling about how "Jen took 30 minutes to clean a toilet". Although it might be a valid upset for the business, it's not an appropriate thing to be yelling about in front of customers. Overall, a negative experience here and we won't be back.

So we were in a time crunch by the time we found Quality Tile and Marble. But boy did they save the day for us. Jamie the owner told us over the phone they sell tile but do not install but would be happy to find an installer for us if we were purchasing tile there. The tiles we purchased were BETTER and LESS EXPENSIVE then the big box store we went to originally. And the SERVICE WAS INCREDIBLE. Jamie deliverd on his promise and then some. He called a tile guy who came to our house and gave us an estimate the same day and was able to start the job the next day and even picked up the tiles for us. The tile installers finished the job in 3 days. They installed a kitchen and 3 bathrooms. I could not reccomend Quality Tile & Marble enough. They had everything in stock, helped us pick the colors and styles. Were very patient and attentive to our needs and wants and they truly saved the day for us.
