This is a great showroom that carries carpet and different types of hard flooring options. They have a decent variety to choose from. They have a limited selection of countertops but ample tile and backsplash options. I was with my mom to assist her with picking out tile and carpet for her home. Alexis assisted us and was very kind and knowledgeable. She listened to my moms needs and concerns which had to be factored in with the selection process as she is disabled and in a wheelchair. My mom selected her carpet and tile and scheduled an appt for an employee to come out and measure. Alexis allowed us to take the samples she selected home so we could get a better feel of how it would look and pick up in the lighting in her house. The technician will pick the samples up when he comes. I'm so pleased! While the showroom isn't large they had a good selection and customer service was excellent! read more

A year ago we purchased flooring and installation which cost $12,000+. We went with this company because of their many years of experience. During the sales process they adjusted their price downward by 25% after we obtained a competitive bid (they were not happy about that, I'm sure). The installers worked very hard to get the job done but towards the end they hurried and did not do a great job on the last room and left all of our walls filthy to the point we almost needed to repaint, but I didn't complain. I was disappointed that Alex did not arrange for matching threshold materials and so I called after the installation to see if we could arrange that. I called 4 or 5 times and sent an email, but they never responded. So we gave up and are stuck with the cheap metal threshold that was used. Here we are a year later and we are having problems with the installation in our kitchen. Planks are separating and planing in a high traffic area because the subfloor was not properly prepared. It needs to be fixed soon. Because of our previous experience with them not returning calls, we dropped in and Alexis told us she would have Alex give us a call the next day. He didn't call. We called back 3 more times on subsequent days and each time were told that Alex would call us. He never did. So, the bottom line is that these people are happy to take your money, but you better hope everything gets done right the first time because they do NOT stand behind their work and will simply NEVER call you back if you have problems. I recently visited Absolutely Floors and More and found exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very knowledgeable and explained the different grades of carpet they had. With that being said I chose my carpet and scheduled the installation. The installers were very professional and courteous. They did an amazing job and cleaned up throughly. Last week I had my entire upstairs done with carpet. These guys came in and moved furniture, boxes and removed all carpet and padding. Installed new carpet and padding in 3 bedrooms,the hallway and the stairwell. Not only did they do a fantastic job and put everything back in place and cleaned up but accomplished Al that on one day. The carpet pricing and installation was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend these folks for carpeting. This week I had them come in and remove carpet from two downstairs bedroom and tile from the hallway and they installed waterproof Lament flooring. Again they moved all furniture and boxes. Installed flooring , leveled hallway where tile was and cleaned up and put everything back in place. These guys did a great job. Both crews that came into my home we're friendly, courteous and polite. These guys were definitely professional and represent the company very well. If you are looking for flooring of any kind I would have to recommend these guys. I shopped around and I feel I got the value from this company. Alex is a pleasure to deal with. read more
