We are so incredibly pleased with our decision to go with Kemp's! Great prices, great selection, great quality.

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…read more I decided to recarpet 3 bedrooms, a small study and a hallway. Received an invitation for Kemp's one day sale. Looked at the Karastan, not cheap but my last carpet purchase. Picked pattern, gave deposit and came back and paid a few days later. Dan the flooring man was my installer and he was fabulous. I was told the carpet has a lifetime warranty...sounds great. I had all the warranty info so I could keep my lifetime warranty. A few weeks later the carpet started to look like a sweater that had been picked. I called Beth who sold me the carpet. We are talking 6 GRAND in carpeting. Someone took pictures and then someone came a month later. They told me the Dyson vacuum that Kemp's said was recommended was too aggressive. He offered to fix it and worked the fibers back in. We are talking wall to wall carpet and you can't vacuum it with a commonly used vacuum. I started using my passive head central vacuum and they pulled up again. The gentleman had told me to call the dealer to have the process repeated and when I called Kemp's they blew me off. Since there was 968 sq. ft. of padding, the carpeted area was less than that. 6 GRAND people! I will probably sue at the first of the year, but I plan to show pictures of my picked sweater carpeting to everyone who comes in for next year's sale. I can't trim the picks and I have a very crappy result for a lot of money.

If you are in the process of determining whether or not you are going to have Cabinets To Go out of…read morethe Huntsville Alabama location supply your cabinets and the installation in your home, you will want to take the time to read this review. To start off, dealing with Kayla Noblit has been nothing short of enjoyable and rewarding. She was able to earn our trust almost immediately with her kind demeanor, and obvious knowledge of her job. In addition, it was clear to us simply by hearing a few quick calls that she fielded while we were there that she also truly understands and values ongoing customer care before and after sale. In our situation, we were not just replacing and existing layout with new cabinets and countertops, but rather completely redesigning our entire kitchen and dining room area. This would involve removing entire sections of wall, moving load bearing beams, etc. Having worked previously in n early all facets of the trades for roughly 13 years, I gained the experience of knowing good construction from bad, who was reliable and who was not, and the ever-present challenge that the trades have dealt with since the beginning of time: sub-contractors that are unreliable. Kayla listened to us very closely and assured us that the company that they partner with for remodel, installation, etc. out of the Huntsville area would do a great job and that she has experienced a nearly 100% approval rating for their work, reliability, and over-all integrity. This company is Recentered Restorations. They are phenomenal. I can say this without the slightest stammer because we went into this hoping that Kayla's claims were true (and with her claims of such good previous ratings, the bar was a bit higher, and so was possible doubt; kind of like the old "If it seems too good to be true......) and that we could feel well taken care of that that the process and final product would be excellent. Recentered Restorations has thus far EXCEEDED our expectations. They are prompt, professional, courteous, and know their craft. It is obvious that the employees recognize that integrity, workmanship, and work ethic is paramount in earning and maintaining a customers' trust and continued business. Allen, Jason, Caleb, and Charles have been nothing short of excellent. In particular, Allen who is the Operations Manager, is a fabulous example of a person that not only understands accountability, integrity, and solid work ethics, but demonstrates it with his continued diligence by staying on top of the project, ensuring work is done RIGHT, ensuring that "Subs" actually show up, and, etc. To be very honest, not only do we believe that we were blessed with and great group of folks to our work, but my Wife and I both agree that we have also grown a possible/probable lifelong friend in Allen. In today's' world where integrity, honor, core values, workmanship, and ethics seem to have gone by the wayside more often than not, This entire group of folks from Kayla at Cabinets To Go to Recentered Restorations have done such an extraordinary job of allowing us to truly feel comfortable, confident, and able to trust in the knowledge that our job is, and will continue to be done right. Lastly, another final mention about Recentered Restorations that as described by Allen they are a faith-based company that not only cares about the customer, but also gives back in the form of portions of their proceeds are donated back to the community to aid and support local women in need of assistance where they have been abused, battered, etc. In closing- if you have trepidation about the company, the subs, the work, etc. Our experience as detailed here is 100% the truth, it has NOT been solicited. It is offered to YOU to read and consider because we were the very same position as you are right now as you read this thinking "Who can we trust", "Who will get the work done right", and "We are sick of no call backs, no-shows, and the like" We are extremely happy that we decided to go with Kayla and Recentered Restorations; it truly has been an exceptional experience. We will post before and after pictures when completed.

I have a long story, but I will cut to the chase - I needed flooring for a relative's home immediately - and I mean immediately - because of a horrible family situation. I called Lumber Liquidators and spent time on the phone with Brandon, who was truly gracious and helpful in working me through the options. He also recommended a fabulous installer (Jason Marsden, who I will also review in a separate review). I contacted the installer who then worked with the store manager, Mike, and helped me get what I needed ,quickly, at a great price, and uniquely suited to what I needed. More importantly, they were honest and straightforward - they could have taken advantage of my situation and sold me a bill of goods, but instead, they pointed me in the right direction and got things done. They were gracious, kind, professional, and the end result is a dream. If you need flooring, go to Lumber Liquidators. You will not be disappointed.

After advising sales person that I needed a very sturdy, waterproof , fade proof, scratch guard product he recommended the bamboo. He never pointed out the warranty requirements. He didn't even try to sell me the product! After only three years of use my floors have faded, scratched and dulled horribly. I wish this allowed pictures. My claim was denied because I didn't use solely their product!
