The tile was crooked when it was laid. He brought his wife with him each time. She slept in the truck most of the time. He took up the baseboard to lay the tile. He started on Monday and by Friday he only had the tile board somewhat done and some of the tile in one bathroom laid. We decided to pay him for a third of the agreed amount to dismiss him. When we were gathering up his tools to lay out by the driveway for him to pick up, we started looking for where he put the baseboard. We found it in the master closet along with a pillow and blankets from where his wife had been napping while he was working. So first DO NOT trust the Angi reviews. Second, please don't hire this company!!!

Garry went out of his way to make sure my parents found everything they were looking for. He even gave them a sample of wood to take home to see if it matched the staircase. He also gave then a quote that was much cheaper than the other flooring store we had went to. He was honest and very upfront. If you go by, ask Garry about the closeout tiles he has on clearance. There is a large variety for small jobs like bathrooms, closets or entry ways.

Everything went well, removing of the previous tile backsplash and the countertops went smoothly. --- The counters were installed the next day and when the new tile came in, the crew taped with painters tape, cardboard down on the floors to protect them, fixe some drywall behind where the tile would be to ensure the tile adhered correctly and did a great job of installing the tile. WOLDE coordinates the previous tile backsplash removal and install of the new tile. (This was important to us as 2 other very good companies did not have their own tile companies and that required us to call the tile companies to coordinate, whereas WOLDE coordinated the counter tops and tile. Price was better than the other 2 estimates we received. (WOLDE, nor the other 2 companies we asked estimates from have their own plumbers and prefers the customer coordinates the plumber. (disconnect plumbing from the sink, then after counter tops where installed, plumber came back next day to reinstall the plumbing. (if you have a Gas stove, make sure the plumber disconnects that too.) We are very happy with WOLDE.
