I was forced to pay for a visit when I clearly explained I had FSA/HRA benefits that would cover the visit. My insurance paid for the visit and I paid for the visit. I wouldn't give this facility any stars. I put in a previous review & now a second due the mind blowing ignorance of this operation! I had test results completed in February. Canceled my appointment due to the rudeness & disrespect of Elizabeth V. Never got my results, the phone system is a joke, the app is an even bigger joke, and when I went in, in May to get my results.....the lady at the desk said she didnt see anything in the system. Finally, she found them & I had to make a second trip out there to pick them up. How do I even trust that they were my actual results. The paper given to me looks like something made up. SERIOULSY, stay away from this practice. No clue what they are doing, who their patients are, & just want to push overly priced medications! read more

I care for my elderly mother. The egregious lack of patient care we've experienced over the past years at this quack's office is unthinkable. Not only does the doctor pawn her patients off on incompetent rude nurses, she actually SCREAMED at us for having the audacity to ask to see the doctor herself. Dr. Tilak has my mom on so many meds that she now has heart & kidney failure, but was angrily offended when I questioned the number of & serious effects of prescribed meds. She refuses to try to solve root causes of illness & always goes straight to another new script for treatment. This has caused multiple new disease diagnoses over time. She is entirely incompetent, at best, and actually DANGEROUS, at worst. Her office fails consistently to send refills to the pharmacy & never answers the phone or returns messages. If you're looking for a glorified drug dealer in mini skirt & stilettos who screams at her patients for asking relevant questions & prescribes medications causing deadly disease, then this is the doctor for you, otherwise, RUN. read more

I have had the worst experience with Mary Tilak office ever. Doctors partitioners have you go get some test done and say they cannot give you test results and that you have to see another doctor for result. What kind of shit is that when they are the ones ordering these test? This is pretty sad that you have to go through this when you have a very ill family member. I would never in my life recommend her to anyone, and to top it all off Mary Tilak is never in the office only all the partitioners that don't even do their job right and just screw everyone around. They may very well be great physicians, but good luck connecting. Go to the website. No phone numbers. You must contact only through their patient portal whether you are a new patient or established. If for some reason you are able to get through and get a prescription called in, it doesn't happen for a few days. Bringing a prescription to the pharmacy, if there is a question and the pharmacy needs to call for clarification or a refill update, the pharmacist has said often, "don't hold your breath because this office never calls back, or when they do it takes a few days". They are supposedly a part of the Community Care Network, yet they do NOT use MyChart, which is how all doctors in CCN follow their patients across different appointments and lab results. If labs are ordered, Tilak has their own contract with (I think) LabCorp and discourages you from visiting the Community labs. If I need lab work done and I want to use Community, I must get them to give me a paper written order and deliver it to the lab myself. They won't do it electronically. There is a pattern of financial control over how the office profits, it appears, and makes it extremely patient unfriendly. Good luck on getting the receptionists to respond or follow through. You are MUCH better off elsewhere if you want all around quality of care and service as a patient. read more

I've been going here since 2018 and never had a problem. Every 3 months, never cancelled or missed an appointment. You have to request refills through their app, and it's a pain, but whatever. After putting in a request for a refill twice without anything, I had my pharmacy put through a request, nothing. At this point I had already taken my last dose, I sent a message again asking for a refill expressing the importance of not stopping this medication! The next day, a Friday, I finally received a message that my refill was sent through, but this would be the last time without an appointment. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT scheduled! One that was already moved to a later date by your office which is why I ran out of my medication! Well Friday came and went and my refill was never sent through. Saturday morning, after missing 4 doses of my medication, I had a massive seizure and had to be hospitalized. When this was brought to the attention of the staff of this medical office the following Tuesday by myself, I wasn't even offered an apology. The entire situation was blamed on Walgreens. I've already spoken to the manager at Walgreens, they never received a refill request. So thank you Dr Tilak office, for not only causing me to miss work, now who knows what kind of medical bills I'm going to be receiving now. And again, not even an apology. read more

Great place, honest and friendly support staff Been coming here for 2 years now and they have helped me go from a size 16-18 to a size 6-8 They never judged me, worked with all my doctors and my conditions. Staff is friendly for the most part but they seem very disorganized. It's nearly impossible to get an appointment with them since they can never seem to pick up their phones. Would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely worst patient customer service! Can never reach a human being on phone line. Request needed medication through patient portal, do not hear for a week, try to get a human being and are told "we never received that request." When you get so frustrated and start to demand help, they are even more surly and don't want to help on future visits. If I can give this physician and her office process zero stars, I would. my mother has been a patient there for several years and in the last two years she hasn't even been able to see Dr. T lack all she gets to see is the nurse practitioners. when we go into try to get information processed or sent to other physicians or hospitals we get the runaround. I've been seeing Dr. Tilak for 15 years. Yes, it is harder to get an appointment with her personally these days as verses seeing one of her nurse practioners (who I also like). The reason for that is she is sooo good. Yes, I may have to wait longer at times than years ago, but I will gladly do so as I value her as my doctor. Even if I see a nurse practioner, if I still want to talk to her or need additional counsel, she will accommodate! She is one of the few family practioners that still sees her patients in the hospital. read more

At my last 2 appointments, they were running 2 hours behind. Each time I asked how backed up they were, they said I would be called "soon". By the time I got to see Dr Tilak, she was super rushed and spent less than 5 minutes with me each time... understandable since they were so far behind but it meant that she was unable to resolve my issues that I came in for. Super frustrating to arrange a babysitter for my little one, attempt to take care of my health and end up just wasting my time. (Side note: Numerous pharmaceutical reps came in while I sat in the waiting room and were promptly seen with no wait.) read more
