They were highly skilled, worked quickly but safely, were careful about our property, cleaned up as they worked and afterwards extensively. A big 80 foot tree in a tight space between fence and pool deck was GONE in under 3 hours. The yard looked a little walked on, but otherwise just as it had been. Anything they had moved they carefully replaced. It was fascinating to watch them work and how they coordinated and worked together and even seemed to be having a pretty good time, despite the heat and workload. Highly recommended. I hired this man to trim the tree in my back yard. When he came to my door after his crew had…read morefinished, I told him I wasn't satisfied with the result and wanted the tree cut further back away from the house. He refused but said he would come back at a later date and trim the tree further back to my satisfaction. I have since called him five times to try to get him to come back. He always has some lame excuse. On one such call he even said he was out of the country! The last time I called, after listening to my request he hung the phone up on me. I should have withheld payment until I was satisfied. That was my mistake, but that doesn't excuse his lack of courtesy or behavior nor the fact that he lied to me and never had any intention of returning to trim the tree to my satisfaction. Needless to say, I will do no further business with him or his company nor do I recommend him to anyone else. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. If you do hire him, make sure you do not pay him until you are satisfied with the work. As the customer, you have the right to have the work done to your satisfaction, and as the saying goes, the customer is always right.
