I have been a big fan of the brand, for its flattering cuts as someone with shapely hips. I have bought dozens of clothing items at the hefty full price (ignoring how much the sales show the true cost ), and had never returned an item until recently, that I bought online. I bought a dress I knew would suit be as I had the same cut in another material, when it arrived the colour looked completely different than advertised (the photos looked like a mustard, in reality it was like pale mushed peas). I had purchased earrings in my order as I was offered a 20$ off code that couldn't be applied to the sale dress and paid for postage. To return the dress I paid another $9 to send it back and waited for the return to correct my afterpay. A week or so later I did get a refund but not the full amount of the dress, instead of $79 I was refunded about $60. I emailed twice to afterpay and Tigerlily where the mistake was made, which Tigerlily told me that they took into consideration the voucher (that couldn't even be applied to the dress in the first place) and that was that. So for earrings I was happy to buy for a mere $20, turned out costing me almost $60 (with the two postage costs). Least to say I'm pretty disappointed and very turned off from buying online again. read more
