As a parent, the first things I look for are cleanliness and safety, and this place excels at both. It is incredibly well-maintained, spotless, and designed in a way that lets the boys have a blast while I actually feel relaxed. The onsite cafe is also such a convenient touch--we always grab the boys smoothies for the ride home! What really sets this business apart, though, are the owners. Michael and his wife are some of the kindest, most welcoming people you'll ever meet. They truly care about the families coming through their doors and make you feel right at home every time. Wonderful people running a wonderful business--we can't recommend this place enough!"

There are loads of benches and even massage chairs for adults to use while the kids go wild. Only one downside (It was the end of the day so keep that in mind) there was garbage on the floor all over in the pretend play section like dirty napkins etc. The water fountain by the locker splashes so the floor is wet by that. The lockers are $6 for the fist hour for a large one and then $1.50 per every half hour exceeding that first hour. They do have free cubbies on the floor also. I have been to this location several times over the last year (since it first opened), and each time I had been impressed with the cleanliness and tidiness. Today was a very different story. As soon as we entered I could see that the place was a mess. Toys were all over the place, nothing had been neatened up, and the foam floor pieces were buckling in several spots. We arrived at about 2:30pm and we were the only customers, so it seemed odd that it was such a mess. The sand pit area is overrun with toys and the kitchen area was trashed. The round sitting bench that used to spin no longer does (we were told it broke), and there is a random metal climbing dome with a slide that has paper and tape on it, seemingly covering screws or something. For the price of admission (25.00), I can't say I will hurry back unless I learn that things are being better maintained. I never understand when places start to grow, but as they do, they let other things go. The appeal of the Littles Play Cafe was the trust I had in the cleanliness and maintenance, but today I lost my faith. I hope they do better, because when it is good, it's a nice place for little ones to play.

Jessi, the store owner is such a sweetheart and so helpful. I always find the cutest clothes for my 4 year old and 9 year old daughters at her shop. One thing I appreciate in particular about UP is the wide range of prices and variety of clothing. The winter apparel is AMAZING and affordable for growing little ones. Jessi is very involved with the Rutland/Killington community and hosts sales and special events periodically (which she usually posts about on social media). Not only does UP have clothing for children of all ages, but they also carry merchandise from local Vermont vendors like jewelry and accessories that make great gifts. Next time you are in Rutland and your little one needs an outfit for a formal event, or maybe a Halloween costume, or even a nice winter jacket or a pair of boots, or just adorable clothes for school or playtime, look no further than Unlimited Potential to save you time and money all while shopping local!

I can't give it more. I wish I could and this place has really great potential but management needs…read morehelp. I went for a bday party. The room was fine. The set up was cool. It's typical set up. So what you'll get at other facilities, you'll get here. The facility is AMAZING!!! There is so many things to crawl through, run around, stairs and slides, basketball courts to have little games. Two personal size trampolines that's one jumper at a time. That can be an issue if they don't have a timer for it and the line gets long. I didn't see a long line because the kids would leave and play around the whole facility. They had a small gaming room that I did t check out but I can only assume it's like other arcade spots. Only a bit smaller section. They had this one area that you can be on the second floor and launch balls down to the ground floor with a bit of force to make it fun and give you the illusion that you have a powerful gun. You can throw those balls around and hit each other, they were soft. In the middle of that room there's an apparatus that blows air up and makes these balls float and come out of the top of a 4 foot tube. Again, it's cool for 2-7 year olds. Maybe even 8-9 Yr olds would have fun in this room. This place is really big. You can't keep an eye out on your child. That's how many tunnels they are and how fast the kids can come through there that you'll lose your eyes on them. If you're the parent that needs to keep an eye on your child 100% of the tiMe, get socks and join in on the fun with them cause from the ground you will not be able to do it. They have a toddler section. A small version that they can easily have fun there too. NOW.... As for the 3 stars... I couldn't give more but if they fix this one section or gap in their business this place can be a 4.5 to 5 star facility. The tops of the slides: DUSTY. Needs a cleaning. And WEEKLY too! NOT monthly. The staffing!! The staff was very very short. The line at the concession stand was too long and the wait was insane, especially for a place that was starting to get full. I went on a Saturday around 11am... that's PRIME! TIME!! That's when you would have a FULL STAFF! Two staff at the concession stand, two staff setting up the party rooms, two in the front, two roaming the play area. .... That's just for the weekend staffing. Weekday, knock it down to ONE or less in all the areas that I listed. But it gets better and this is the ending. As we were in the front. One of the staff that was there happen to have a relative that she hasn't seen in a long time. I know this by her reaction and by what she said and how her convo went. She said, "when did you get in motherfu&!3r?!" Loud and clear. My wife said that shortly after she said, "my bad for my language".... Umm too late sweet pea. Thank God my son didn't hear that. I would have been upset if I had to explain to him that's not a word you use. So that was our intro to this place. Not a good start. Would I return? Yes and I'll bring in my own snacks to avoid waiting 10 min for a bottle of water or drinks. And put ear muffs on my children. That's all folks.
