When Decker wanted to charge for an estimate, I was willing to hear what they said. It was very high, but we were desperate to get our bathroom done before the summer was over. (We had two others come out to give estimates (free), but we never heard back from either one.) They got started pretty quickly, but right away we could see we were only the fill in job for when another project was delayed. The real problem was with the tile work in the shower. The beautiful tile with the colored grout that we had chosen was poorly installed with the grout looking nothing like it should. Now it looks like its old and mildewed. But the kicker is this: the mirrored medicine cabinet that was installed above the vanity is beginning to pull away from the wall. They won't come out and look at it until we give them $169 to file a claim against the "warrenty". I would rather pay someone else to come and fix the problem than to give them one more penny. Now we are looking for someone to do a complete kitchen remodel, but we won't be using these clowns.

Here it is three weeks later, and our counters are still not correct. One piece was cut too short and in the wrong shape because of a mis-mesasurement. They tried to "trim" in on-site, sending granite dust all over our house. The result was a jagged-edge mess. Now here it is the weekend before Thanksgiving and we STILL do not have the counters correct, and have been told that they can't fix it in time for Thanksgiving. We're furious, to say the least.
