2nd time trying Tiffs and I love soft baked cookies. We got the snickerdoodle, lemon, sugar, funfetti, oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies. The sugar and lemon cookie were the best, followed by the snickerdoodle, then oatmeal, chocolate and lastly the funfetti. Wish that one was softer. I did not know this cookie spot was here lol, so I came because they had a promo , it was buy a dozen cookies for $13 bucks! (Get13) was the coupon code I entered and bam! Neat little spot. This isn't a place to come in and dine, this is more a place to make large orders for parties and events, tho they do service walk ins in a very tiny area with a very tiny display area. They sale cookies and brownies. I had on that was half cookie and half brownie, with a sheet of chocolate in the center and lots of mixed colored and flavored choco chips on top. I was very good! Great cookies and at an adorable price. The location can be hard getting in and out of with the traffic though. Both young ladies working there were great. Ran deserves a raise. If you only read one review about the new Tiff's Treats in Mansfield, please read this one. So, the cookies are amazing. No surprise. This isn't about that. This is about extraordinary accountability and commitment to a positive customer experience. Despite the best of intentions, things happen. It's what they do next that defines them. I ordered 3 dozen cookies yesterday and they were all packaged in one box before they had time to set a little bit. The result was essentially a big cookie block. The cookies couldn't be separated. I had 6 layers of 6 cookies that were really one big cookie. I was disproportionately pissed, but that's beside the point. I'd spent $60 on cookies I could not serve and I was not in the mood to engage customer service, but I did. They refunded my money, which was my expectation. That wasn't enough for them, though. They wanted to make it right. Within the next few hours (on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend) there were cookies at my door. Six little boxes that each contained six perfect cookies. I started out pissed and ended up extremely satisfied. That's hard to pull off. read more

I was so disappointed with my order today. I bought a dozen cookies for my family. I asked for them to be warmed up. We love fresh warm cookies and were so excited that we couldn't wait until we got home. I opened up the box and was so disappointed to find that our cookies weren't that warm at all and they were kind of hard around the edges. First time ever experiencing Tiff Treats cookie to taste like they were days old. I was bummed because this location just opened and close to me. Tasted like generic premade cookie dough from the grocery store with cinnamon sugar tossed on top. And the other flavors in the box all tasted the same. Even the oatmeal barely had enough oats to know it was supposedly oatmeal raisin. Should have just baked my own.
