When you arrive, you have to use a call box to enter the building. Once inside, there is a 5 person max due to the pandemic (so you may have to wait in the hall). Once they allow you inside, they provide you with hand sanitizer (GREAT SAFETY MEASURE). The inside is not as big as the other hair stores but they have everything you need! There was a young lady on the floor assisting customers. I asked many questions and she answered each one in a friendly, patient and professional manner. They offer a loyalty program as well- make sure you sign up. I could add more, but I don't want to hold my fellow Yelpers too much longer. Lol GO CHECK THEM OUT! SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES!!

The young lady told me that the body creams aren't usually sold on the floor but she was more than happy to go in the back and grab some. She came out with 4 different kinds. I chose the Mango only (see I practiced restraint). I'm not even an 1/8th of the way into the jar and I wanna buy more.

It was great because their was a sale going on 2 candles for 35$. Also, you can bring back your used candle glass and exchange it for a new candle which is really cool! Not to mention the hair oil has been growing my bald spot on my edges back, the lip balm (moisturizer) has been keeping my lips healthy and moisturized (even during this smoking period I am going through), and the lip gloss also moisturizes my lips on top of giving my lips a good finishing gloss. Another product I've tried was the exfoliant, which also has its effect on reducing the marks on my stomach as well and it makes my skin smooth and pores free. I highly recommend these products that I have tried thus far. But if these products are amazing I can't wait to buy more. I highly rate Being Me Glam a 10/10.

So my opinion of this Walgreens still remains fairly the same: well stocked and a convenient option…read moreto grab snacks or household essentials. However, I recently had some issues with my auto-refill prescription at the pharmacy here. This pharmacy is usually really on top of things but for whatever reason my prescription took a week to fill. It was marked as "in process" on November 25th and wasn't ready until December 2nd. Luckily, it's a prescription I can live without but for others, this could've probably been a life or death situation. There were no updates on the website or through the automated robot when I called. To top it all off, I tried calling THREE separate times to try to get through to a real human being. I called all at different times and different days in the hopes of catching someone but each time, I was on hold for over 20 minutes. The third time I called, I finally got through to someone and asked about the prescription status. She took 1 minute to check on it and said it'd be ready in an hour.... I don't know why it took so long for this common prescription to be filled or why it was almost impossible to talk to a real person. It makes me think the prescription had been sitting there all along and no one had taken the steps to mark it as ready for pick up. I really hope I don't have to deal with this issue again!

My massage experience was top level! I have had about 10 massages in my lifetime, so I have a base to compare with. I appreciated that the room was clean, relaxing, and the perfect temperature. My massuer, Christian had excellent communication skills. I felt that he expertly massaged away the pain that brought me in while continuously checking in on my comfort. He was very attentive, pressure sensitive, and fluid in his movements. Highly reccomend! Will be returning personally

My experience here was not great…read more This "spa" is located in an obscure area and I had to be let into the locked building. The massage therapist, Janine, who is also the owner was very curt to me when letting me in. She just walked away and I followed her to a desk area where she handed me a form to fill out. Nothing friendly about her. Once she directed me to a room to undress, which took me only a minute, I was lying on the bed for almost 8 mins before she came in. I had paid for an hour long massage with reflexology but looking at the clock, by the time she was done, it had only been about 48 mins. The room is not the most comfortable as I've enjoyed more dimly lit places where you can enjoy the relaxing massage - this room was full of sunlight. No calming music played and the loud humming of the AC was distracting. While massaging my neck, I kept feeling Janine's jagged nails digging into my skin making it quite uncomfortable. I've had way better massages while this was barely mediocre to me. Not a great place or massage therapist from what I experienced and I don't ever plan on coming here again.
