I found this place after a little research on the internet. They have many options,services and lengths of time for a massage. I booked it, put down a deposit, then answered a short questioner. Then i waited. Day of I got there a little early. The receptionist was super friendly,helpful & had a great sense of humor. Just before my appointment I went into a room with my masseuse Elizabeth(can not recommend her enough either!) i told her what areas I needed work on,Set some boundaries & had a few laughs then proceeded to the table. Elizabeth found all the things that were causing my discomfort & went to work on them. She worked out all the kinks (I had more than i knew about). The room was dimly lit with soft music. A very relaxing environment. The price was reasonable i thought for a hour. The place was very easy to get to. Parking was a little challenging but doable. To sum it all up, I will be returning.

Jo Kesselring who is the lead massage therapist, took the call and worked with me to get seen the same day due to an earlier cancellation. Booked for 60 minutes of deep tissue work which will run you $65.00. Jo is very pleasant and professional with a great knowledge of the body. She has strong hands and uses her elbows to really work out the knots. It hurt, but it felt good with the release that came along with it. Scheduled on line with Take Five and they squeezed me in right away. Deep tissue and stretching work was superb. Been back multiple times and seen 2 of the therapists who were both helpful in getting things loosened up and pressure off the nerve. We had a conversation about what I do, repetitive motions I preform, if I wake up with neck pain and from there she found all of the areas to focus on that I would never have thought of. She knew which leg I rested on the most, (causing lower back pain), which arm I overused and which side of my neck had the most resistance. At the end, she showed me stretches to help with all of the issues in my body. I highly recommend her and will definitely be going back.
