What we appreciated most was her clear communication, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond to guide our family through the selling process. She was always available to answer questions, explain our options, and make sure we felt informed and comfortable with each decision. One thing she did exceptionally well was communicating both in English for me and Cantonese for my parents! Also, she went above and beyond in negotiating the sale price in a timely manner! We're grateful for Samantha's hard work and dedication in helping our parents successfully sell their San Francisco home. We had no clue what we were doing walking into this and Lauren helped guide the way from teaching us about the market in general, advising us and referring us to good financing options, and more. The very first thing we did was an exercise to help make sure we had realistic expectations - we looked at a variety of neighborhoods with our price point in mind and looked at previously sold units to understand what we could and could not afford. It was very helpful to then narrow our search to start looking. Lauren walked us through all the options and made sure we wouldn't waste time with things that didn't make sense. When we found homes we liked, Lauren immediately jumped into action, pulling down inspections, sharing intel on the selling agent, and more. She would walk us through the full inspection reports and help flag things we should dig further into. As a family with a kid, she was also extremely thoughtful in guiding us based on nuances of kids in the city. And when it came time to negotiating the home we got, she worked her magic! Up against two cash offers, Lauren helped us navigate a competitive offer in other ways to beat them out. Unreal! Our friends were blown away at how quickly we were able to get a place compared to what they've seen in this crazy market. Our full time from kickoff with Lauren to close was probably only about 2 months total - wayyyy faster than we thought any of this would go down in the crazy SF market. Her team also helped throughout the close process to make sure we were set on moving logistics and getting set for all the new things involved in home ownership. We are so grateful to Lauren and her team who went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the home of our dreams and that we were set up for success. Would highly recommend her and the entire Krishnan team!

(Pro tip: take the homework they give you seriously- the Past Sold exercise was incredibly valuable) Val and her team were always present and reliable when an important decision needed to be made, a problem required solving, or an opportunity demanded action. Val brings a lot of experience and judgment to the process. She is warm and personable, but also pragmatic, firm, and refreshingly no-nonsense when the situation calls for it. We appreciated having someone who could cut through the noise, give us a clear read on a situation, and help keep a complicated transaction moving forward. She also created opportunities for us that we genuinely don't think we would have had with another agent. She and her team were thorough with the details and documents, helped us work through a seemingly endless number of questions, and made the overall process much more manageable. Val is very good at what she does. If you're looking for someone experienced, well connected, pragmatic, and effective when it counts, while still being empathetic, she's a great person to have in your corner. We would absolutely work with her again and would happily recommend her to friends looking to buy or sell a home.

She helped educate me about the entire home-buying process. When Heather moved a bit farther away, she brought in Florence to help with showings. Now, 5 months, 3 offers, and one successfully bought home later we can confidently say Amanda IS the best and made all the difference for us. She was a confident calm through the storm of Bay Area real estate (SF for us). I never felt that she was angling for a sale or had anything other than our best interests in mind. She was extremely accommodating and respectful of time, somehow always available even when I know she was busy. At home tours she was inspecting things harder than we were and knew a million things to look out for that we never would have thought of. She is Proactive with a capital 'P'. Calling agents, getting in touch with home inspectors, reaching out to her (plentiful) network of specialists and contractors who always got back to her. In a hot market (which we definitely are in now) time is of the essence and she prepared us with everything we needed to be ready to put an offer in fast. She is realistic and helped us know what to expect when list prices are frustratingly so much lower than what a home will actually go for (which can be heartbreaking!). At the same time, she was willing to fight for us and helped us craft the strongest offer possible, even when it didn't have the best chances. Our offers were done so well that even if we weren't able to be the highest, selling agents always got back to us and kept us in the running for as long as we could be (and eventually we got one!). After we got a home Amanda didn't disappear, she has been instrumental in guiding us through new home ownership and finding the right people to help us with the work we wanted to do. Most importantly, on top of all of this, Amanda was really a pleasure to work with. She's funny, insightful and brings the perfect balance of kindness and honesty. I couldn't recommend her more!
