She was so friendly and easy to talk to, it really helped calm down my pre wedding jitters. I would highly recommend her! Dani was responsible for my makeup and she might be a wizard. I looked like the most beautiful version of myself. I was a bit nervous, because I don't normally wear any makeup, but it looked really great. She also had a great personality and was very calming to talk with. And don't just take my word for it. I've included a photo of myself the day before my wedding. You can definitely see the difference hiring talented professionals makes.

The apology she finally gave her was like pulling teeth and was not sincere at all. My wife did nothing wrong and the stylist is the one who scheduled the appointment then forgot about it and then takes it out on my wife. Even with confirmed texts she was still rude, BE PROFESSIONAL YOU MESSED UP, OWN IT! I have to give this a 1 or I can not post it, it should be a 0.

Only suggestion for improvement is the inside layout for a front desk to take walk in appointments and processing payments. I only went to have my little girl get a haircut. Her hair length wishes to her waist and she had layers cut in and 4 to 5 inches cut off. The owner Viv did a great job to work with my daughter and the price was just right. She gave me the 5 inches of my . daughters locks as a keepsayby request. Overall my daughter and I had a great experience at this boutique shop and would recommend anybody in the Nere area to stop on by for a haircut.

They pointed me to Whitney Lee, so I booked a consultation. Whitney was so down to earth and sweet, she seemed genuinely excited to work on my hair. She said for what she had planned, it'd be a maintenance cut, so less expensive than the transformation cut. Whitney took excellent care of my curls, doing a dry cut (or carving as they call it) to get the overall rounded shape I'd been wanting. Then, she washed and conditioned my hair, did some wet hair trimming, and taught me how to rope my curls in much thinner ringlets. She also said my hair was fine, which I had NO idea! I always thought that since I had so much hair, and so poofy, it was thick, but nope! My hair is fine! Anyway, Whitney added some more moisture, then diffused my hair, used a hair pick to give it more volume, and tidied up some loose ends. My curls had never looked so good, like they finally reached their fullest potential. I've taken what I've learned from Whitney and began applying it to my hair. For the longest time I hated my curly hair. It was a tangled rat's nest and I always opted to flat iron it. Now, I'm in love with my shiny, bouncy curls. I am happy to be Whitney's new client, she did a phenomenal job.

I had Kim at this salon prior, doing same exact thing and was happy. She relocated I tried the…read morehighest level stylist there currently. After extensive talking, pictures, and signed a paper- all stating heavy bleach highlight. I had baby light looking highlights very natural at end of appointment. I didn't get any concern from salon after calling the week of and salon actually stated she seen stylist put heavy highlight. Nobody can tell i got my hair done. I have been doing this style for years and it was most amount of my natural ever left out during a highlight I have ever experienced. I got told I was wrong from the salon and it was heavy. The salon has done this for me before. This it was not even in the ballpark of the same thing. Anyhow I have an appointment somewhere else to get heavy blonde highlights and the $225 will be wasted on this place. Didn't get any work really on my hair and the baby hairs in front not done it looks like my natural with some accents. I was also in car with someone during the call they couldn't believe the tone and attitude towards me. The salon and I disagreed. my hair is the proof im not blonde at all, a ton of my natural was left out. Salon kept stating I signed a paper.... Yes correct and that shows im right it's not heavy blonde highlights like we agreed. My hair is short and hardly any bleach used.

Update Review: This is my 2nd time here. My original…read morestylist left, and I was scheduled with someone else. After the initial consult, we did agree that I wanted overall brightness, but I also wanted it to make sense in terms of maintenance since the salon charges by the ounce for product use. She suggested highlighting from root to tip. I have indeed done this before, and with experience colorist, it can be done without orange/brass left in my hair. The root of my hair is supposed to be darker, and the highlights should be cooled. Right now, I feel like my hair has been lit on fire. It's very Orange. When I approached another colorist, she asked if I did this at home. So, you might already guess that I will be fixing this elsewhere. So, first, I had a full foil all over, just leaving my root that had just grown. That was washed off, and more bleach was applied to my roots. After that was washed off and dried, toner was applied. The process took nearly 6 hours. And my stylist, for some reason, kept me turned away from the mirror. She was very nice and seemed to really want this to work. She offered to fix it and kept saying "it's your hair not mine". No, I get it, but do you get it? Can you really say this is your best work? Most colorists I love are obsessed with sending their clients out perfect. Is this work you can be proud of? No but you don't want to eat the cost either - I get it. I chose not to fix my hair for the following reason: No toning on earth is going to help this. It needs root darkening. I'm not investing anymore time. If she uses more products, I will be charged per ounce. The total was already $420. I added an $80 tip because she genuinely was trying and was quite pitiful. I felt bad for her, and she seemed to need a win more than I did. Together, I've spent almost $1000 (2 total visits) to come out looking like I did a home coloring job - is laughable. I think the pricing structure is a bit unrealistic given the experience. I also blame myself. I felt like maybe I should have look elsewhere since I wasn't fond of the salon to begin with, but I was lazy.

I found her to be fairly knowledgeable about color but she did not really like a aveda color and I think she started trying to sneak other color in my sessions. A couple of occasions I could smell strong ammonia with the hair color and obviously that was not Aveda.. I had come from a horrible previous experience where they just about destroyed my hair so I was tolerant of their services. The front desk manager is rude and was rude from the start. I was always nice and I always tipped about 40% and even more at Christmas time and even gave a gift and I made sure that I went above and beyond to be courteous. The only explanation I can think of is that I am in the LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY. THE LAST COUPLE SESSIONS WERE AWFUL. THE VERY LAST ONE THEY NEARLY RUIN MY HAIR THE COLOR WAS NOT THE SAME COLOR THE COLOR WAS A STRONG REEK OF AMMONIA I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY USED IT CERTAINLY WASN'T AVEDA which is what I paid for and always have for 30 years. I called 15 times after my last appointment to schedule another appointment and to tell them that my color was off and I need a consultation to see what we needed to tweak on the formula because it was more red than usual. I left three messages and no one ever called me back no one ever answered the 15 times I called over a two week period And I know they have caller ID. Everything is subpar in this place and I think people tolerate as much as they can going here because it's in a convenient location near the quarry. So for whoever this review may help this has been my honest experience. There were no prior issues there were no issues between me or anyone else at the salon all I can think of is discrimination it's there's no other option in my mind.
