People who come in AFTER me & check in are seen before me each and every time as well. One time I was told that they wouldn't be able to accommodate me in spite of having an appointment and they could only do a dry blow out - no wash. Why do I keep coming back? Because I anticipate that with the high turnover, I'll eventually find someone who can stick to appointment times.

I mean, I'd had *decent* haircuts before, but it wasn't until I walked into a salon where the Owner *knew* how to cut curls, that my hair reached its full curlicious potential. But even now I'm learning new things about my hair and its needs--like it's best to cut curly hair dry so you can see the shape of each individual curl before you cut it. Until today, I had NO clue about that sort of thing! So thanks, Anglea, for both introducing me to this new technique, as well as helping me save a bit of money on the"styling" part of a cut that I never truly wanted anyway. Me and my wavy hair will definitely be back!

Sundays in Texas are nearly impossible for finding anywhere open, let alone a good stylist with appointments available! I found Monica on Yelp and saw that she was open. I was hesitant because she didn't have many reviews, but the reviews she did have were all five stars so I decided to give her a try. When I arrived, hiding my hair under a hat, I was desperate for a complete overhaul. She worked her magic with a blonde foil and pixie cut, and I couldn't have been happier with the result. I have continued to use her since and I intend on keeping her as long as I am living in San Antonio. I was so impressed by her that I sent my boyfriend to her to get his hair done. He has really thick, curly hair, and has not had an easy time finding anyone who can cut and style his hair the way that he likes. Needless to say, he loved what she did to his hair and will continue to use her as well. We are big fans and recommend you try her out!
