They only responded after I asked J Crew customer service to reach out on my behalf. The messages I received at that point were terse and offered incomplete information, seemingly more concerned with deflecting responsibility than with assisting the customer. After the bag was finally returned, I had to have J Crew reach out to Boarding Pass NYC again (twice) to authorize the refund. I will not trust this company with any further business.

No sooner than I had done that she began to play 21 questions, where did you buy the bag, what's wrong with it, why are you returning it, why not take something else , do you have other coach bags. Wtf? Here's my thing....I'm gonna assume she can read as the receipt stated it was purchased online, shows that I bought two of the same bag, the one I was returning still had go on the straps and as I stood in front of her I was wearing a red crossbody from last season's collection. I hate that game. Whether it's intentional or not, it's unnecessary. If customers are making a return and they would live something else in return for it as opposed to the preferred for of payment, they'll say exchange etc or look for something else. Don't harass them under the disguise of customer service or side ways racism. Other than that love Coach, the quality of their products and their warranty. I have never had an issue with a product, reached out to them and it wasn't rectified swiftly and to maximum satisfaction. I will continue to patronize the brand, perhaps just not this location.

A year ago while going through TSA screening the roller things damaged a leather cord on the bag which held the lock and the key. When I came back to NYC this year I took it to Artbag and asked them to replace it. They were going to charge me $145 to make a replacement whose color did not match. Went to Suarez just to ask them where they recommended that I get it fixed and the lady who runs the store just took it to the back and fixed it really fast. She was incredibly nice about it and wouldn't even accept any payment. Nice leather goods, good service. What more could you ask for?
