I cannot recommend Dr. Badheka and her team highly enough! From the very first prenatal visit…read morethrough to the delivery of our baby, I felt completely supported, heard, and cared for. Although I wasn't able to have Dr. Badheka as my provider from the very start of my pregnancy, I am so glad I was able to switch to Sutter and her as soon as she began accepting patients again in my early second trimester. One thing I appreciated deeply was how she approached my pregnancy with thoughtful, individualized care. Being over 35, I was initially worried about being automatically labeled "high-risk," but Dr. Badheka never made my pregnancy feel unnecessarily medicalized or complicated because of my age. Instead, she guided me with evidence-based information and calm reassurance, helping me feel informed and confident every step of the way. Dr. Badheka has incredible bedside manner, always calm, kind, and compassionate. She consistently took the time to truly listen to my questions and concerns at every visit, and she made me feel like not only an active partner in my care, but also fully in charge of my decisions. Communication through the health portal was always prompt and thoughtful, which made a huge difference in easing anxiety between appointments. One of the things I appreciated most was how respectful and supportive she was of my birth preferences. I had a detailed birth plan and chose to have a doula present during delivery, both of which were not only accepted but genuinely welcomed. I never felt pressured into anything I wasn't comfortable with, which made the experience that much more empowering and meaningful. I also feel incredibly lucky that Dr. Badheka happened to be the on-call OB during my labor and delivery. She handled everything with such care, presence, and professionalism. Her composure, clear communication, and emotional support made all the difference in helping me feel safe and confident throughout the process. It's rare to find a provider who is both medically excellent and emotionally attuned. I feel so fortunate to have had Dr. Badheka by my side during such a significant chapter of my life. If you are looking for an OB who truly listens, respects your choices, and provides exceptional care, look no further!

TLDR: you will be lucky to have Dr Wigginton as your OBGYN!…read more When I found out I was pregnant, I relied on Yelp reviews to pick my OBGYN. I saw Dr Wigginton's glowing reviews I thought they were too good to be true. With this being my first pregnancy (and in COVID times) I had so many questions. Dr Wigginton was patient and calm, and always took the time to address everything on my mind and provided me with all the information I needed. She is also extremely personable and remembered details from my previous appointments and followed up on them and truly made me feel cared for as a patient. Jill, a nurse on her staff, was always friendly and easy to contact and I was able to schedule all my appointments easily as her schedule opened up each month. When it came time to deliver my baby (due on Thanksgiving week), she assured me she would try her best to be there. Lucky for me, she was on call that day and because of that, I had every confidence that my baby and myself would be in the best hands. The delivery went extremely smoothly and even one of the nurses that came by mentioned how much everyone on the floor loves Dr Wigginton. One caveat, she is super popular and books up, so be prepared to wait especially if you book an afternoon appointment and she runs late, but I do think that is a minor inconvenience to the amazing OBGYN that she is and great care you will receive.

I have irregular period all my life. Been to countless OBGYN and was never satisfied with the care…read more I spent thousand to dollars trying to figure out my issue. I switch from Kaiser to Sutter and immediate reach out to a new OBGYN. On my first visit with Dr. Nguyen, she was such a pleasant, heart warming, Knowledgeable Doctor. She was able to answer all my concerning questions. Figure out my problems and within two weeks, I was on the operation table solving my life long problem. My husband and I have decided to start a family and Dr. Nguyen walked us through every single step of the way. Whenever we have questions, we can simply email her and she response within 24hours. We can't thank her enough for all she has done for us. We are confident our journey with Dr. Nguyen are going to be effortless.

Dr. Nguyen is the WORST OB. If I could give her zero stars,…read moreI would. Please ladies, do not go to her for any of your medical needs. She made my pregnancy a complete nightmare & has horrible bedside manner. Absolutely awful. She has no sympathy & acts like she does not care about you at all. She takes nothing seriously & doesn't follow up on ANYTHING. I went through things (which I don't care to mention on this platform) that no new mommy to be should go through, all because of her carelessness & lack of knowledge or caring. I literally cried & was a nervous wreck throughout my entire pregnancy. The stress I went through with her was SO bad for myself & my unborn baby. My husband was furious and so sad to be going through this with me. When we tried to leave, I was too far along in my pregnancy for any other doctors to see me, which was devestating. Also, She does NOT under ANY circumstances come in on her days off to deliver your baby you go into labor on said days. If you want a smooth pregnancy & for your doctor to be a nice, caring & just a general compassionate person, do NOT have her as your doctor. I am in the process of reporting her as well. I don't want anyone else to go through what I went through. Pregnancy is supposed to be the best time in your life & for me, it was the worst, because of her.

I don't usually write reviews, but I'm so disappointed by my experience today that I felt compelled…read moreto share. I'm currently trying to transfer my prenatal care from UCSF to Sutter Health in Castro Valley. I had my first new pregnancy appointment scheduled with a nurse under Dr. Garima Loharuka's care at Eden Medical Center. Unfortunately, I was just 3 minutes past the grace period due to confusion navigating the campus as it was my first time there. From the parking lot to the various building entrances, everything was unclear. I initially went to the main hospital entrance, waited in line at registration, only to be redirected to a different registration area for new patients. From there, I was sent to Labor & Delivery, who finally pointed me to the correct location--the Medical Offices Building next door. By the time I reached the correct office, I was 3 minutes late past their cutoff. Despite explaining the situation, and being visibly pregnant, nauseous, and exhausted from rushing around unfamiliar buildings, the staff refused to see me. They simply said their schedule was tight and canceled my appointment. I understand schedules are important, but some flexibility and compassion go a long way especially in prenatal care. If they can't accommodate a first-time patient delayed by unclear directions, how will they handle the unpredictability of labor and delivery? This experience left me feeling unseen and unsupported at a time I needed understanding the most.

What would I do without this human?!…read more I was referred to her a few years ago by my then GP. I had never seen an OBGYN before, so I was understandably nervous. Right off the bat, Garima is friendly and down to earth. She is thorough, understanding, and informs you of everything she is going to do regarding exams and treatment, so there are no surprises. She always responds to my messages, and even called me to check how I was doing after an urgent care visit. Her level of care is just unreal, she is a genuinely lovely person and I'm so lucky to have her.
