We erected the TV bracket onto the wall and upon removing the protective film from the screen, we discovered significant damage to the screen, rendering the TV unusable. There was no visible damage to the exterior of the box in which the TV was delivered, so we believe the TV was packaged in this damaged condition at source. We have tried to resolve the issue with Mediamarkt, however they are very unhelpful and profoundly unsympathetic. I would advise anyone against purchasing from Mediamarkt, I will certainly not be shopping with Mediamarkt in future after this unpleasant and extremely expensive experience. If I could submit no stars I would have done so.

I went to this Media Markt while I was transiting through Spain on the way back to the US. I needed an adapter to charge my phone. I was staying at the Maydrit Hotel about two miles away, and once I looked up the route to this store, there was no way I was walking. Although it was definitely less than 2 miles away, which for me, is a walkable distance, the route was particularly odd because there is a highway/freeway between the two. Anyway, I decided to Uber there, which actually took about 10-12 minutes due to the traffic around this location. When I finally got there, the store is actually located behind a mall - not attached, nor do they share a parking lot. The parking lot to Media Markt basically doesn't exist, although there are a few spots out front of the store, and what appeared to be an underground lot, possibly. The store itself was quite packed when I went in (around 6pm on a weekday evening). I did find what I was looking for, after walking through the store twice. The check out line was quite long, and it took me about 15 minutes to get through it and check out. Then leaving, it took me two separate Uber trips/bookings to get out of that location. I think the area is just oddly set up, so it's a bit difficult to navigate. Point being: I found what I needed, took me forever, took a long time to check out, and the logistics of the store itself are odd. The prices were a bit higher than expected, also.

His phone connector stopped working and he took responsibilty to go the Plaza Rio2 with his S8+ in tow to get an adult here to help him. He was told for a refund he needed an adult. Now he needed an adult? I guess profit has no age, only refund. I left work to go with him, manager refused provide her name and Mario handled her proxy refusing to provide her name or any reference for the staff we dealt with. When I asked what she'd feel like if this was her child she agreed she'd doesn't care she's there to get paid!

Spread across multiple floors of books, DVDs, comics, music, stationary and electronics, this place was a paradise for me. I could have lived in the little reading area between the books and music section quite happily. Prices are decent enough, roughly in line with the high street. But it's really just a joy to wander around. Located in the bustling Sol shopping district, it's a great spot for gifts for the discerning nerd in your life.
