Well, she's only friendly if you're the "right" kind of customer. As soon as I walked in the door, I felt intense, frosty "I don't like you" vibes. This was followed by not-so-subtle verbal comments of disapproval. "Kay" seems to have a very high opinion of herself, and if you don't meet her standards of appearance, well, be prepared to be publicly humiliated in front of other customers. Hope she goes out of business.

I arrived and the employee who was working greeted me and took my cartridges to the back. I had my daughter with me, and luckily there was not only a bathroom for customers, but also a waiting area with books and magazines. The employee came back about ten minutes later and looked sheepish as he explained to me that my cartridges were stock (meaning they came with the printer and pretty much sucked, and they don't hold that much ink). He refilled them and didn't charge me, and he ALSO wrote down the kind of cartridge I need to buy for my printer. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a local, genuine business for your ink needs. :-)
