I was certainly blown away (I was told she works by the hour - (what in slow motion geez ) I questioned why when l was quoted much less I was told well she can charge whatever she wants and they stand by her I said well she represents your Business and i said well that certainly makes you all look bad. I felt robbed but they hold your clothes hostage so you have no choice but to pay- Unbelievable. So beware and stay away from this place for alteration!!!! There word and quotes mean nothing.
