Hired this company to do a deep clean prior to moving into new home. After the services were…read more"complete" We went to see how everything turned out. They vacuumed the basement and turned on the "clean" setting for the stove (didn't even clean the ash out when the cycle finished). That's it. $500 for a vacuum in 1 room and to turn on the stove. We were very clear about all floors, windows, walls, ceilings, vents, drawings, cabinets, you know... the works. We ended up cleaning ourselves since the move in date was soon and we have infant twins. Talked with the manager and they refused to give refund for basically no services rendered. They offered 2 free cleanings, which is a joke, because they didn't do anything the first time. Why would we hire them again? Terrible company, poor service, and unprofessional management.
